Worst business ever!! I signed up my daughter for the behind the wheel training back in October. They contacted my and scheduled her first appoinment for mid November. They wouldn't let me sign up for all 3 at that time. Once she was done with her first training, I had to call them to set up the second one which was not available until the end of December. Once she had her second one- the insrtuctor told her to call to schedule her final class because the next openings were not until February. Ugh!, I was already irritated by then. After several attempts of leaving messages at their business no one was calling us back and it would just keep ringing and ringing and we were not able to leave a message. Finally after a few weeks of this happening, a woman answered and said that they were having trouble with their phone and took a message and would have someone call us back. A man eventually called us back later that week and scheduled her final behind the wheel training for February 24th, 2014 at 3:pm, he was to meet her at school. He never showed and when I tried to reach them that day, no answer and their voicemail was full. That entire week I tried to call them and same thing, voicemail full. This week we call and now a woman answers stating that we have reached the wrong number and she has no knowledge of this business. Either they are scamming people out of their money or they are going out of businees. Their website is still up and running- so please do not pay for their services because you will never get a call and they will just take your money. Now I have to sign up my daughter for another behind the wheel training elsewhere in order for her to get her license. Such a waste of time and money. This same thing is happening to her boyfriend whom also signed up for the same training through this business and they never showed up for his last behind the wheel training that was scheduled for 2/28/14. If you are looking at this review well I had good experience with my daughter the first appointment.  The next two appointments were canceled and reschedule two month out and today was the next driving test but no show, no phone call, no answer, the number cannot leave messages at any time because the mail box is full and cannot take any messages and it just frustating as a parent to see this unprofessionalism just because we wanted to save money hopefully this helps some one else before they make a desition. This place deserves half a star if available.First off, the customer service here SUCKS. When I say sucks, I mean horrid and despicable. I have called their phone a various amount of times to make appointments yet the phone rarely is ever answered. When I scheduled my last drivers lesson and lined up everything so that I could be ready to take my test, they failed to even SHOW UP at my last lesson, causing me to rearrange everything, so irresponsible and unprofessional. When it comes to the actual instructor, he's okay. He just teaches you the very basics. Horrible, worst service i have ever seen. I purchase the package wich included behind the wheel but it has taken over six months to complete this trainning. I'm surprised to see so much negative feedback here because my experience was quite satisfactory.The office was difficult to find, but one phone call to the lady and she came out to walk us from the entrance to their location.  Unlike other reviewers' experience, they were flexible scheduling us during our one week of availability before the test. We were in a rush to fit in the lessons, and they helped us schedule all three appointments in one sitting without a hassle. The instructor himself was friendly, and he does have a slight accent, but that doesn't hinder his ability to communicate at all.  I had no problems understanding him.Overall, I had a positive experience and got the basics of what I came for: six hours of instruction, proof from the instructor, and some test taking tips.  The school's not "amazing," but it deserves more than 1.5 stars because it honestly wasn't as bad as others are making it out to be. My daughter signed up for the school through her drivers Ed class in school. The driving school offered a discount so I took it. I didn't realize it meant it would take months to schedule appointments. She had 1 lesson and when I called to schedule the 2nd one, we had to wait over a month for the next available opening. Two days before the scheduled date I was called and told they no longer did Monday appointments so it needed to be changed. The bigger problem is only 1 person named Judy can schedule and she's never there! My daughter should be taking her drivers test this month but instead, we are still waiting to complete the lessons!If I would have known all of this I would have paid full price and went elsewhere!I can say that the 1 lesson she did have, the instructor was very nice.I would not recommend this place to anyone. This place is horrible. I would never ever never recommend this anyone. This place caters to only Asian crowd. The instructor is ok but he doesn't really give you any feedback regarding your driving skills. After buying the "behind the wheel" package, you have to wait for months to get an appointment. I tried calling the lady in charge of the appointments and she is hardly ever in the office. The cars are super ghetto. The instructor is ok but he doesn't give you a feedback as to how you did or what you need practice on. They don't believe in refunding the money. I paid $85.00 for DMV behind the wheel test, made an apt with DMV but couldn't go coz I was down with the flu. They haven't even gotten back to me on my next apt. They pretty much took my money. The instructor makes you drive by the evergreen valley area. He doesn't go anywhere else.  Am not sure why they are still in business because they are not very professional at all. Beware of this driving school. After signing up with them for behind the wheel training package, we had to wait for months to get an appointment for the driving lessons. I wouldn't recommend them; but if you are signing up, set up all your driving lesson appointments ahead of time. Read Less

Do not use ACCESS CERTIFIED DRIVING SCHOOL! thier customer service  and lack of communication is unprofessional. After we paid them, they pretty much did the minimum required by the state of Ca. ... provide us with 6 hours of behind the wheel driving.  Beware new drivers, go somewhere where they are willing to expain the whole DMV proccess.  When things didn't go smooth on our end, they said we failed to ask the right questions.
