Welcome to Wilson Driving School! My name is David Wilson and I am the owner, operator and sole instructor at Wilson Driving School. Because I am the only person giving lessons, I can insure that they are done correctly every time, while allowing me the opportunity to build confidence and a good rapport with each individual student. I am currently, and have been for the last 12 years a high school teacher in the San Juan Unified School District. I have eight years of experience coaching high school football, and six of those years were spent coaching varsity football at Bella Vista High School. Before starting Wilson Driving School, I taught behind the wheel driving instruction for more than four years at a driving school in Cameron Park, therefore, I have lots of experience teaching, working with and relating to high school students. At Wilson Driving School I make this easy with three different lesson times and my pay as you go philosophy. Also, I do not increase or decrease my prices based on what format you choose. You will pay the same amount if you take six one hour lessons or three two hour lessons. I want each student to have the same opportunity no matter what their individual situation. Regardless of your situation, you do not have to decide ahead of time or commit any money up front, simply take each lesson one at a time and pay as you go until you reach your six hours. I will keep track of what you need and what you have done to make sure that you complete your lessons in a timely, affordable manner with no waste and no stress to you. Finally, I will come to you. Whether you need to be picked up and dropped off and home, school or somewhere else, you do not have to meet me anywhere.
