I CALLED LAST WEEK AND MADE SURE MY APPOINTMENT WOULD BE SCHEDULED ON TUESDAY AT 6:30 PM BUT ON THE DAY OF I RECIEVED A TEXT...YES A TEXT (HOW VERY FORMAL AND BUSINESS-LIKE) SAYING THAT THEY WEREN'T GOING TO COME BECAUSE THEY DIDNT WANT TO DRIVE THE EXTRA MILE. WOW SO HOW CHEAP ARE YOU ON GAS AND MAKING YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY?
