The first two lessons went well, however the package we paid for was not provided in full. We were promised a half hour conference with the parent after each lesson, but those stopped after the second. Larry took off directly after, neglecting to explain what our teen had done right or wrong in the lesson. Perhaps this could have been overlooked, but on the last lesson, which was supposed to take place the day of the drivers test, he got the date wrong and arrived a day early. He denied his mistake and claimed that we had gotten the date wrong, but the day he arrived my daughters permit (which he had seen) clearly stated it was still a day too early for her to take the test. It would have been impossible for us to schedule the test for that day. He also neglected to call before the lesson, as he had done for the previous ones, which could have prevented the mistake entirely. Instead of simply coming back the next day when the test was scheduled, he gave the final lesson on the wrong day. This meant she did not use his car for the test or have extra practice before her test, which we had paid for and were not refunded for. We never received an apology or compensation for what we did not get from the package. Overall, I was disappointed in the way this situation was handled. Larry did a wonderful job teaching both of my teenagers what they needed to know to pass the driving test with flying colors (one with a perfect score!) Not only did he teach them well but he made it clear he cared about them as people and treated them respectfully.  I can't say enough good things about him! Read Less
