His driving school helped me a lot. Most other driving schools didn’t have much time for scheduling but this one has plenty and it’s spaced out well where you can properly learn. Each lesson is planned out well and you get to learn a lot. The cars they use are also new and really nice to drive and it just gives you a better experience overall. The instructors are also really nice and they allow for you to fully understand what you are doing and what you are doing wrong. 5/5 would rate to any new drivers. Read Less

My driving instruction experiences were awesome. One reason they were awesome was because of the very nice cars they have for instruction. Another big reason they were awesome was because I had Andy instructing me for my three lessons and I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. He was always patient, nice, professional, easy to talk to, and always gave the best tips and advice for driving. He pointed out what I needed to work on and what I had down. Difficult to make an appointment for driving lessons. They only have certain people who can schedule them and you frequently just have to leave a message.  Finally got to schedule appointment, but had to wait almost 3 weeks for first lesson.  Day of the lesson arrives... And nobody shows up.  I had to call the school to find out they didn't have my son scheduled.  They conveniently had an appointment the next morning...when we originally had to wait for a first lesson.  They have no problem taking your money in advance. This was a great experience, not as painful as I expected. My instructor was Val, he is a very informative and very interesting, he delivers the information in a style that keeps you engaged and learning. Besides the driving safety portion, Val also passes on other information that makes you think beyond the realm of driving and makes a real life connection.Thank you Val.If you have to take driver training, I highly recommend taking it here. We had a great experience with Freeway Traffic School. The online class prepared our twins well, and the driving instructor was great. I didn't have any problem with returning phone calls.  Both kids passed their driving test on the first try! Read Less

Didn't like the customer service regarding timely return phone calls, questions regarding the Training for a teenager and their safety, satisfaction guarantee....there is none. They discourage parent ride along...even just the first lesson to monitor the school Training. They have a "no refund" policy once you pay, which they want done with a Mastercard or Visa, if cash, must. E paid in advance not at pick up location.There are better schools out there that are concerned with  customer satisfaction and cares about parent safety concerns for over children. This school seems more interested about quick guaranteed money in their pockets first, with no guarantee of Good Safe Service,,, thumbs down went else where. Just as I was writing this I get a call from Freeway a day late, explaining it is okay to pay cash at the pick up location and 1st day of training. Too slow of response, they should know that the first time you speak with them, not: well??? hmmmmm, cash??? Let's think a day a out this! Read Less
