I took this online class, thought it was easy, passed it, paid for my information and certificate to be sent the the DMV, and come to find out, the point is still on my record. They did not send my certificate in and hopefully I can still aquire the new job I accepted with that point on there. I'm a mechanic, so my driving record is critical to keep as clean as I can. After dealing with the sticker shock of an overpriced speeding ticket I was able to do an online traffic school course and the clerk at the ticket counter gave me 2 sheets in small print to choose from. I lost those sheets and put in key words: traffic school and this is the first one that popped up and I just went with it. No headaches to sign up and it was really fast and I took the course in less than an hour. This was my first time ever getting a speeding ticket and needing to enroll in traffic school, and decided to do it online. After searching on the internet I found Traffic School 4 Busy People and liked what I saw on the website. The pricing was VERY reasonable, with the discount code provided on the homepage and purchasing the Express Same Business Day Processing upgrade (to ensure it got to the courts/DMV today since I took it on a Friday and was due) only cost me $17.00. Kevin Mizuhara provided me with excellent customer service feedback via email as I asked a couple questions before enrolling, such as was is the pass/fail rate? His answer 99%, also since my traffic school was due today if it would still count if I did it today and he assured me yes. He responded quickly through email and was very helpful. As for the course, it took me 51 minutes to complete the entire thing and I got a 96%. Then I followed up one more time after I received my Certificate of completion to double check my Certificate will make it to the proper places on time and with a quick response, Mr. Kevin kindly assured me it would and also complimentary included the Certificate Sent To Court Notification and waived the $3.95. Overall I am glad I took the time to complete this FAST, CHEAP, VERY SIMPLE class and also kept my driving record CLEAN. Best layout and organization of material. Tests were fair and understandable. I feel cheated because they expect you to pay extra for them contact the courts same day (rather than after 3 days), to email you on sending your information to the court, AND confirming they accepted it. I went with the base price for $9.95, therefore my information will be sent to the DMV within 3 business days, and I will receive no further communication upon completing the course and receiving the completion certificate (a email consisting only of text, no image). Other than those issues, everything functioned well and I only needed to take the test once to complete it. The open-book feature is wonderful. Read Less

Been to real traffic school a few times. The last time it was online. I learned from one of the reviewers that you can go fast and buy the unlimited retest just in case, for some 2 dollars. If you get most of the quiz right in each chapter, you will almost certainly pass the final test. If you have been there before, you can go straight to the quiz, memorize your incorrect answers and then go for the test. Read Less

Take advantage of this opportunity to get your ticket off of your record. It took me literally only 20 minutes from signing up, taking the test, passing the test, and getting my completion certificate. I skipped through all of the test previews and went right to the test. Be sure to pay a little extra for all of the inexpensive upgrades. You won't regret it. This will allow you to immediately go back and make corrections if you get any questions wrong. This is why I passed the test in 20 minutes. The court closed my speeding ticket within 48 hours after passing my test. However, someone should tell the course writer that the thingys that stop the car when you stomp on that middle pedal are called "brakes"--not "breaks". I used this School and just be aware that it's a one man operation and the guy is less than professional and helpful. My Traffic School Certificate kept getting rejected by the DMV Traffic School division from Traffic School 4 Busy People.  Because "Kevin" the owner offered no real help to fix this problem other than just to keep on sending it and see if it kept getting rejected, I kept looking for solutions because I needed to get this certificate accepted.  Here is what he wrote me in an email:" Given your inability to listen or hear what I was saying, I decided to wait to find out from the court the reason why they rejected your previous certificate.  As you can see from the above email, I was correct in that it was some kind of human error on the court's part"I think his email response to me above, says it all.  It's rude!  On top of that, I had to physically drive to the courthouse to get this resolved.  He did nothing to help me. By the way, he was not correct at all...but the DMV office fixed the errors that kept it from computing. Read Less

I found the content of each class to be tremendous as it wove "old" material with "newer" material. Each of the dozen could be completed in 30-45 minutes. I went with another school online and was bored to tears with the endless reading and dysfunctional website. I paid $19.95 for that one. Finally I couldn't read another line and started looking for another school, that's when I came across this site. Don't get me wrong, it's still a lot of reading but it is structured much better and I seemed to breeze right through it. Your allowed one hour to take the test which gives you plenty of time to reread the material if needed, it took me 8 minutes to complete the test and I got 100%. The passing grade is 70%. If you must do this I recommend this school as it only cost $9.95 and a few hours of your time. I called my insurance company to see if my rate would go up and by doing this it saved me a $330.00 increase per year. This is a no-brainer. Read Less

There are optional add-ons like email notification of date/time they actually send your completion certificate to the DMV ($3.95) and email notification of date/time when the DMV has reviewed your certificate information ($5.95). Such small, incremental costs that paranoid me decided it was best to pay for just in case.2. SO EASY - The information is definitely easy to read and comprehend. It is up-to-date and useful. But as in the name of the school, we are busy people! Fortunately, there is no timer. You need to navigate through the 12 short chapters and answer 5 questions after each chapter (unlimited quiz attempts). Then you can take the final exam - 1 hour timed, 2 attempts total, 25 questions, 70% to pass. And guess what? There's a FREAKIN' study guide! IT'S AN OPEN BOOK EXAM, Y'ALL!
