Based on my experience from 2016-2017, I barely knew anything about how to drive a car and where all the important features on the dashboard I should know about, so I came here to learn and needed guidance. I had a very awful experience during the three lessons I had... I got all male instructors, one was middle aged and the other gentleman was much older. The instructor's attitude made me feel very uncomfortable because both were aggressive and whenever I didn't do something right, they would say "we're done for today". I always kept trying my best to correct myself and asked questions while I drove but both instructors kept slamming the breaks and told me to pull over so they can heavily lecture me on something so simple. If a technique wasn't done correctly, we would spend most of the time to get it right, but it isn't necessary for the limited time we had and I could of learned other things too. There was a time I drove with the older driving instructor and he had me pull over twice to check out a yard sale for a few minutes, and to go get gas... like how unprofessional and a waste of time that was for the amount of money I paid for... he could of done that on his own time, and could of got gas before he picked me up... The instructors I got were very short tempered, not patient at all, and they put me down for not doing a good job, or even a decent job since it was literally my first time driving. No first experience drivers should ever feel this way and be let down in the long run. Maybe it was just the two instructors I had that gave me a bad experience, but I found another driving center in 2017 that had friendly, patient, instructors that taught me so much and improved my driving skills.

I absolutely loved my experience with All Star Driving for it being my first time officially on the road. Lisa was very patient and took me around the city of Rancho, even going as high as the Foothills. I felt very comfortable the whole time. When I would make an error, she calmly told me what to do. Never did I feel scared nor nervous. Totally recommend this place :)

Very unprofessional people. On my daughter's second lesson the instructor spent more than half of the time talking about herself rather than teaching my daughter how to park. My daughter told me it was hard for her to even concentrate and she also said when practicing reversing, the instructor kept touching the brake, and telling her they were done. My daughter said she didn't learn anything and just made her drive around instead. Waste of time and money, wish I picked another driving school.

I am so disappointed with this company. They put myself and my children in awkward situations two times with their horribly unprofessional drivers. The manager promised me call backs twice to help rectify the problems. Never heard from them. I hired another company in the meantime just so that my children would be prepared. Completely unprofessional!

The All star driving school drivers education classes were phonomonal. I HIGHY recommend Mrs. Keith (Jane). The owner, however, seems very rude and speaks loudly on the phone where the entire place is able to hear his arguments and disputes. That seems to me to be very unprofessional. Despite that, it is clear that the instructors truly enforce learning and safe driving.

Terrible instruction just terrible would never ever ever use these people. I was on my way home from work right now just now and one of their driver instructors instructed the driver trainee to speed up and pass me on the right which is completely unsafe and then she almost rear-ended a semi truck and clip the front right of my vehicle if I had not been a better driver I would have totaled her car out with her at the wheel I don't know what they teach these people or how much they pay them to teach people to drive but they do not do a very good job don't waste your money on these people they obviously are going to teach your driver you are trying to teach to drive safely the most unsafe way to drive very very very poor instruction the lady that was in the passenger seat seemed like it was okay for this trainee to drive this way completely disregarding the safety of the public just shameful terrible terrible terrible 0 Stars if possible

My daughter had her first lesson, I arrived at the school and asked if I could pay off my balance, since I had only given the 50 to make the appointment, I was told to wait until the instructor got there, She introduced herself and they got in the car to start the lesson, I then get a call 20 minutes later telling me she can't complete the lesson until I make a payment, I tried making the payment earlier and was told to wait, why would my daughters lesson be canceled because they forgot to ask for payment, I ended up going back to make the payment.The instructor dropped off my daughter at home, she walked through the door, I asked her how it went and he started crying, I later found out the instructor was very short with her, the instructor was not clear with her direction and would often grab the wheel to take control. The instructor never gave me feedback on her lesson, just dropped her off and left, not even a phone call, she was quick to call me and let me know she would not complete the lessons without being paid. Will be finding another driving school to complete the rest of her lessons.

My son attended this driving school and had a great experience. Received his permit two days later after attending required classes. Is now taking the driving lessons with Denise who is very kind and patient as he learns everything that's required to hopefully pass his behind the wheel. It has been a great experience dealing with everyone at this school. Would recommend them to all parents preparing their kids for driving.

Very unprofessional. My daughter went to All star 3 sessions. The female instructor spent most of the time discussing her religious views instead of instructing my daughter on her driving. At the end of the 3 sessions she still had not been taken on the freeway, taught how to park or anything. She was no where near ready for her on the road driving test. I had to send her to another driving school. I sent her to ACE Driving school the second time and was very satisfied with her instruction. I recommend ACE. Same price but much better instruction and overall experience.

Patti was great and understanding when you needed help and guidance; highly recommend her based on my experience via the first two lessons. On my 3rd lesson, I received Jeannine. Do not enter the car if she is your instructor. Much like a drill sergeant, she berates her students and acts like she is Mario Andretti. Half the lesson time was spent in her fishing out an eyelash from her right eye. She tells you to turn right or left at the last instant and then says that you need to turn sooner or less intensely. Kind of ironic am I right? She should not be an instructor and would be better suited to being a interragotor at a state penitentiary. She most likely has bipolar disorder and calls everyone sweetly in a kind of condescending voice. For the safety and mental well being of students, she must and should be removed from her position.

The two instructors that came have no manners, very unprofessional, incompetent and not trustworthy. If I can give less than 1 star I would. First session the instructor didn't provide much instructions, stopped by his office for 15 minutes during class time, and returned my son back home 20 minutes early. Instructor lied to me and his boss about his behavior. Second session a different instructor was 40 minutes late. Also lied to his boss that he was already at our house when he was not. When he finally arrived and I asked why he was late instead of apologizing he rudely cut me off and said "I am here now or you can reschedule, what do you want to do?". When I asked why he has an attitude he said just call his office and took off immediately. Needless to say, I pulled my son out of the class with two more 2-hour sessions left. I am not even sure if I can get a refund from the unused sessions but I would not trust my son and his safety with these kind of instructors mentioned above. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Initially this place was great. We spoke to a lady named Cassandra and all that went down the hill. I called 3 times to confirm my appointment that I changed with her because I wasn't sure she "understood" what I was saying. She confirmed my appointment and when we went the next day, they said we were not even on the schedule. The funny thing is that it is not the first time this has happened. It happened again.. so I called to confirm but this time I was told my appointment was an hour later than the day before. So, by the time I got there they told me I was late that I was supposed to be there an hour earlier. Then they wanted to charge me 25$ for not making my appointment on time. This place needs to their stuff together. They do not communicate In this place and everyone is confused. Don't make the mistake of taking driving lessons or pre paying them. You will regret it! There is no getting out of it and you have do deal with rudeness the entire time. I should have read all the other bad reviews from this place but it looked promising:(final thought : GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.. MAYBE AAA

Based on my experience from 2016-2017, I barely knew anything about how to drive a car and where all the important features on the dashboard I should know about, so I came here to learn and needed guidance. I had a very awful experience during the three lessons I had... I got all male instructors, one was middle aged and the other gentleman was much older. I absolutely loved my experience with All Star Driving for it being my first time officially on the road. Lisa was very patient and took me around the city of Rancho, even going as high as the Foothills. I felt very comfortable the whole time. When I would make an error, she calmly told me what to do. Never did I feel scared nor nervous. Totally recommend this place :)

I am so disappointed with this company. They put myself and my children in awkward situations two times with their horribly unprofessional drivers. The manager promised me call backs twice to help rectify the problems. Never heard from them. I hired another company in the meantime just so that my children would be prepared. The All star driving school drivers education classes were phonomonal. I HIGHY recommend Mrs. Keith (Jane). The owner, however, seems very rude and speaks loudly on the phone where the entire place is able to hear his arguments and disputes. That seems to me to be very unprofessional. Despite that, it is clear that the instructors truly enforce learning and safe driving.

Terrible instruction just terrible would never ever ever use these people. My son attended this driving school and had a great experience. Received his permit two days later after attending required classes. Is now taking the driving lessons with Denise who is very kind and patient as he learns everything that's required to hopefully pass his behind the wheel. It has been a great experience dealing with everyone at this school. Would recommend them to all parents preparing their kids for driving.

Very unprofessional. My daughter went to All star 3 sessions. The female instructor spent most of the time discussing her religious views instead of instructing my daughter on her driving. At the end of the 3 sessions she still had not been taken on the freeway, taught how to park or anything. She was no where near ready for her on the road driving test. I had to send her to another driving school. I sent her to ACE Driving school the second time and was very satisfied with her instruction. I recommend ACE. Same price but much better instruction and overall experience.

Patti was great and understanding when you needed help and guidance; highly recommend her based on my experience via the first two lessons. On my 3rd lesson, I received Jeannine. Do not enter the car if she is your instructor. Much like a drill sergeant, she berates her students and acts like she is Mario Andretti.
