Just passed my driving test with ONE mistake!! Granted, it was my second test, but the first time was my fault because I was way too nervous! My instructor is Guillermo and he is the best. He personally goes over EVERYTHING (and more) you need to know in order to pass. I learned how to drive safely and properly-- couldn't ask for more! I have nothing but excellent things to say about New Prudential!!! Sylvia was my primary instructor, and she was incredibly patient, professional, a fantastic teacher, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. Plus, she was really fun to be around, which was the cherry on top! I am 28 years old, so am learning to drive later than most people, and was so anxious about getting into a car for the first time. Sylvia made sure to give me guidance throughout the entire process, placed my safety at the forefront, ensured that I knew how to drive defensively. After only 10 hours of lessons, I passed my drivers test TODAY on the first try! And most importantly, have gained confidence behind the wheel and feel safe driving solo. Quite the turnaround from someone who was actually scared of driving on day one! I was also taught by Guillermo for two lessons that I scheduled last minute, who is the owner of New Prudential. You'll see his name all over the reviews, and he was a fantastic instructor as well! New Prudential was also incredibly patient with me as I was having phone issues, and accommodated my need to communicate over email or text. On my first lesson, I was very nervous to start driving and made many mistakes, but by today (my last lesson) I was driving comfortably and made little to no mistakes. I can't say enough good things about New Prudential Driving. Don't let the reasonable price fool you. The service does not match the service. The service out ways the cost. They are by far the most reasonably priced and the best in service. My 17 yr old son drove w Guillermo. As a parent your always skeptical of allowing your kid in the car w a stranger but Guillermo was very personable and professional. My son was very comfortable with him. He taught my son well. This has got to be the best driving school in the area. The instructors are extremely patient and kind. I have to say Guillermo truly cares about his customers because he goes out of his way to help them out as much as he can. My son brought a flyer from his school and the price for the package (online courses and behind the wheel) was the best price I've seen so we signed up. Just 6 hours of Driving in the US and getting your DL in the first attempt? That is not an easy task to accomplish, I guess. But luckily, I did it. But all the credit for this goes to one person; Guillermo, who was my instructor and also the owner of this Driving School. He was super awesome. He is so good in what he does. He pointed out even the minor errors I made and always gave the right tips to correct these mistakes.He is always calm and this helped me to get rid of my nervousness. Guillermo was my driving instructor and I have to say he has been a very great driving instructor. He was so patient and was really helpful with all the questions I had. He never got mad nor frustrated Guillermo was always supportive and never gave up on a problem or mistake I had done. He made me keep doing it until I got it right. I recommend him all the way he speaks English and Spanish but you can understand him very well in English. Hilton speaks English but mostly Spanish and has an accent. But I RECOMMEND this place 100%. My teenager had a not so pleasant experience during her driving lessons. The instructor, Leticia, was very unprofessional and I will give three specific examples. First, the slang term "ay guey" was repeated by the instructor on numerous occasions and was unnecessarily said. This in itself is unprofessional from a business. Then, Leticia slapped my teenager's shoulder for a minor wrongdoing. Physical touch is not allowed and again, this is very unprofessional. Lastly, each outing she took a bathroom break and left my teenager in a shady area of Pomona. She even told her to lock the doors. I understand that the lessons can run long but the instructors should take breaks in between students and be prepared one hundred percent. Overall, our experience with the company was not a good one and we will not be recommending this company to anyone. Read Less

I would definitely recommend this driving school. The instructor that my son had, Guillermo, was very knowledgable and I feel did an excellent job. Whenever my son has questions my son will contact Guillermo and he always responds quickly to answer any questions he has regarding his upcoming test. When I was looking for driving schools, they also offered one of the best prices. It was very easy scheduling driving lessons around my sons school schedule. I will be using them again for my step daughters lessons in a few months.  For another fee they will also take your child to their test appointment using their car. Great service!! Read Less

My teenage daughter came here to learn how to drive. There are three 2 hour lessons, the last one is half-price. During the first two lessons the male instructor took my daughter TO HIS HOME to use the bathroom, presumably. This is unprofessional and highly inappropriate. She felt uncomfortable and nervous about the situation, and finally told me about it.  Before the 3rd lesson, I called and spoke to the owner, who happens to be his wife. Not only did she say that this was his "break", and I should have understood that, but since all the instructors do this they would no longer be able to accommodate us! I guess she figured she wasn't losing much since the last lesson is only half-price. She then hung up on me! Needless to say, I DON'T recommend this place. Read Less
