We found Jack through yelp and specifically requested him because of all the great yelp reviews. He was always on time or early, very professional and respectful man. He was very accommodating as well. One time he picked up my son from home, but we had to be at a party elsewhere. We asked if he could drop off my son at another address, and he didn't mind at all. My son liked his company and teaching enough that he recommended Jack to his high school friends who were starting their lesson.  My son passed his driving test on the first try, and so did his friend that took the lessons with Jack. My wife took 5 sessions and she has cleared the behind the wheel from DMV pleasanton today with flying colors and that too on the first attempt. Great driving school! Jack teaches safe driving techniques and tells stories which is actually really calming and keeps your anxiety down. You learn in a 2012 Honda Civic, one of the safest cars out there. It's also a great deal as of 2016, being only $300 for the 6 hours, a better value than surrounding schools. Read Less

Just ok. He arrived 10 minutes late without any heads up. Jack went to get his groceries during our lesson. He took 15 minutes doing so. Also difficult to understand. Often went off on several tangents unrelated to driving. I recommend any sweet sisters driving school for an enjoyable time far superior to this. Read Less

He not only targets to have someone pass the behind the wheel test, but also cares about giving a safe driver to the society. Even after passing the written test and going through driver hand book, it was not occuring to me where exactly I apply in my driving all that I have read. Jack, is an EXCELLENT driving instructor. I could not have passed my driver's license test without his guidance and clear tips.Honestly, I took the driving test once before without any instructors and failed my first time. For the second time, I wanted someone who can give me clear-cut rules for the road. Jack has definitely been that person. He gave me three lessons, two hours per lesson at a really great price. He taught me the right of way, when to yield, how to park easily, the best way to change lanes, and more. He is very patient and clear.Jack also makes sure that you don't spend more money than necessary; I asked him if I needed a fourth lesson before my test and he only suggested more practice with my parents. He also spreads the lessons out so that you have sufficient time to practice in between. Jack really goes out of his way to make sure you understand the road not only to pass the test, but to be a safe driver for the rest of your life.Because of his guidance, I scored a 100% on my driver's license test. That's something I never would have expected before. I can say that I couldn't have done it without him, and am so grateful for having him as my teacher. I highly recommend him and his company if you are searching for affordable and quality driving instructors. ALSO, if you are interested in taking lessons with this company, it is preferable to start without any prior driving experience. I have driven without an instructor for the past year and it's harder to learn when you have incorrect habits in place. My sister, who had no driving experience, went to an instructor straight away and had a much easier time learning the proper driving techniques. When you are new to road it is better to learn everything correctly firsthand than to unlearn bad habits.Jack and this company definitely deserves all five stars.
