On June 19, 2014 I saw a car with the Falcon Driving School sign on the door. I recognized the driver who was alone in the car. The driver was the owner. As he drove past me, I could clearly see he had his cell phone up to his left ear and he was talking away. I followed him onto the freeway and passed him on the left. I could see he was on the phone, which is a vehicle code violation. I will NEVER recommend his business. Read Less
