Their driving instructor left my 16 yo daughter at the local Walmart ( approx. 20 miles away from home) after not being able to get her home due to rain. Gibbs online course is simple to use. The behind the wheel instructor for the Desert Hot Springs area is not particularly nice and has either been doing this too long or just not a likeable guy. He was more dictator than instructor. In addition, although he recommended taking the test in Palm Desert, he did not mention that the area around that DMV is ZONED residential even though there is only one project in that area and there is no entrance to the project and no homes on the street they have you drive on, the area is considered a "residential area" and since there are no speed limit signs, the speed limit is 25mph. Since it is highly unlikely that ANYONE WOULD CONSIDER THIS A RESIDENTIAL AREA, it would have been most helpful if the instructor had mentioned this fact. Read Less
