Do not have satisfactory customer satisfaction. Car driven by student driver and instructor for first two lessons was old and run down looking. Did not adequately prepare student for DMV road test. Will not return and suggest you find another driving school. Read Less

We did not have a good experience with this company and have no plans to return with other future drivers in our family. They do not have good customer service and were unable to respond to concerns. My student driver drove an old, run-down vehicle for the first two lessons and, thankfully, on the last lesson, she drove a vehicle that was comparable to the vehicles we own. They did not satisfactorily prepare my student driver for the DMV road test, and I would NOT recommend this company to anyone I know. Read Less

I called LA Excel Driving School for my daughter to have a behind the wheel course before taking her driving test. They were able to fit her in-between busy schedules. Worst driving experience ever. Felt like the car was going to break down every time I pressed on the gas. The car sounded horrible. I'm very disappointed in them. I would think they'd maintain their car especially since STUDENTS take driving lessons in that car. But at least they told me everything that is going to be on the driving test. Read Less
