Their website design appears professional compared to the main competition in the area (Precision Driving School), but the quality of their driver's training course is atrocious. Worst Driving school for me, I failed IN DMV Exam twice, and Driver's teaching - OMG - can't handle it, whatever they teach and practice, even you can't passed exam with that, my advice to all - if you really want to learn good driving for your lifetime - please before join search for best school in your area, this one def not, my experience was extremely bad, invest so much time , and lot of hassle, people are here not pleased and kind , can not recommend to other's after quit this place - i find something other classes, where i got what i want. so for me love driving is not as per my expectation, waste my lot of time and result is totally disappointed, join someone else for clear out your DMV Exam - but Def not Love Driving Read Less

What an awful Experience, Untrained Driver's ,  And specially teaching technique is too slow compare to other's. She matched to an instructor for me that could help. I've had my first lesson and can't wait for the next! I'm actually excited to go driving. Avoid this school at all cost. Go some where else. This place is horrible. They are down right rude. I had to cancel due to my daughter being sick and family member dying and they demanded me pay outrageous fees saying I canceled a bunch of times. They lie and keep lying to try and make you look bad. They do not care about their customers. Only want the money. They refuse to work with you. I have tried to talk to managers and owners to only be told no. Donna Love the owner flat refuses to acknowledge my problems and even talk to me about how ive been treated. The Manager Sam refuses to listen and only yells and belittled me trying to intimate me. I got one other manager to finally answer my call only to tell me the owner will not talk to me. These people are heartless and rude. This company does not care about it customers. I refuse to go back to this company. No one should feel belittled and treated dumb by anyone!! My son used Love's a couple of years back and now it is time for his brother to take the behind the wheel training.  When my oldest was a customer, the driver came to our home at the designated time. My son described the gentleman as fun and funny. He was calm and at ease. He picked up skills very quickly. I was particularly impressed that Loves was willing to have him drive to Manteca to practice driving around the area he would be testing at. My son was told that Modesto was a difficult place to test and was insistent on taking his DMV test in Manteca. He passed first try. This driving school made this process so easy from beginning to end. From the first phone call to the last lesson. The car that I got to drive was new, and very clean. Scheduled an appt for my daughter, made my payment in cash  and then watched the car sit on the street for 15 minutes with my daughter in it. I found out the car wouldn't start...Love's Driving school car had a dead battery. And to top it all, the driver had the nerve to open my parked car on the street to take out "my"battery charger, and get this-- Without My permission!!! I've never encountered a more bizzare experience in my life! That was it for me, asked for refund and said goodbye immediately. I wouldn't trust anyone like that with my child!! Read Less

Was definitely not happy with my daughters overall experience. Her first instructor was actually pretty good. It went down hill after that!! She never had the same instructor twice. The office told me information that my daughters instructor said was wrong and vice versa.  It seems the communication between the office and their instructors was fairly poor.  My daughter's second instructor told her she drove like she been driving for years already and  was doing great. Then on my daughter's third lesson her instructor worked with her and talked with her like she 2 and had never been behind the wheel before, definitely not helpful when getting ready to take your test. I do not recommend them! I had multiple friends whose kids did "Code 4" and said they had all great experiences and it was cheaper too! I will definitely go with them next time Read Less

I was in a hurry to get a driver license before  the end of 2013 and saw  love's safe driving and traffic violator school online and boy i got lucky because i was able to get my needed  schedule for practice on behind the wheel rightaway! Customer service representative is very helpful, she walked me through the process and was able to assign me to a wonderful instructor named Ted! Ted is a very knowlegeable guy, a very kind unintimidating instructor. I had 2 different instructors before Ted for 1 lesson each(delta-2hours and someone from Milpitas CA-3hours)and I can really tell that having Ted as my instructor is really an advantage in comparison with the other 2 that i had.The first day, Ted lectured me about blind spots and the parts of the vehicle that dmv is going to check out on the test date and then practice driving. Basically, from the first meeting you'll gain a lot of information from him and the follow up practice will just be a review of everything(complete lesson package highly recommended).On the day of the test, I will never forget how easy it was for me that I have Ted right there to accompany inside DMV office, its like "you'll never go wrong if you have Ted"!-behind the wheel passed on first take! My oldest of three teens just went through the driving portion of the school because she did the on line and book stuff elsewhere as part of her homeschool curriculum.  Our middle teen is doing the on line course through Love's right now.We loved so many things about Love's for the eldest.  First, they were great at fitting us in as we had made a couple of timing mistakes, and had a deadline before our student's permit expired.Second, they kindly encouraged us to make the DMV appointment A.S.A.P. so that appointments would be still available.  DMV was running out of appointments in that limited window we had left, and Love's helped us delay no further.Third, they were willing to work with us to make the driving lessons happen when we needed them, and they were very clear and helpful so that I had time to put them on my phone and computer calendars.  What patience and kindness!Fourth, they picked our student up at our house!  I thought I would have to drive her to their location, and was worried about how I would fit that in.Fifth, they were clear about what she would need with her when they came for her.  Sixth, they called to remind and confirm every appointment, each time reminding us what she would need with her when they came.Seventh, their instructors were kind and respectful.  Someone told me that they usually have the same instructor for all three, two hour lessons normally.  However, we were in a crunch, and I love that our student got three different teachers.  She got to benefit from the strengths of three lovely people!Lastly, and maybe best of all, I was extremely thankful for the notes each teacher provided.  Each one had a sort of form with skills in which students should be proficient.  The first day, I was very proud of our child's humility, sharing that the instructor encouraged her to improve on the exact same things her father and I have nagged her about!  How great is that?!!!  The things we were worried about, she heard from her instructor too!  She stopped arguing with us right then!  Hurray!Each teacher corrected her consistent with one another, and us, and we saw improvement after every lesson.  We are very pleased indeed!What's more, the day after her last two hour lesson, she passed her driver's test at DMV!  She is now getting herself to work and church, which are pretty close to home.  What a blessing!
