What a joke. Don't get lured in by the low price, it's mediocre at best. After continual technical difficulties with the course, causing me to take a full day to complete it, they pulled a bait and switch and charged me a separate fee to verify my identity prior to allowing me to take the final exam and releasing my certificate of completion, despite the legal requirement that your identity be verified prior to the initial issuance of the course content. I spoke with several other traffic schools and this is not a standard practice, and it is definitely not required by Arizona law. I also spoke with the court directly, and they had never heard of such and were quick to distance themselves from such tactics. I am paying the fee because they have wasted so much of my time, it's not advantageous to restart elsewhere, but after the identity verification costs, they are definitely not the cheapest course out there and I would never recommend them to anyone other than my worst enemy. This was the first traffic school I've ever done. I was a little worried after seeing some of the negative reviews here, but it was a pretty smooth experience. I needed to get rid of a traffic point for a bogus ticket a cop gave me for turning left at a green light when he was stopped at the intersection, so I just wanted this over with fast.It was cheaper than I expected. Only like $12 after I paid extra to be informed when they have alerted the court via text.It only took 40 minutes total to complete the course. There's only two easy common sense questions after each chapter. You don't even need to read to know them. Even if you don't read or know them, it doesn't matter. It won't let you proceed until you get them right, but you can just immediately answer them again if you get them wrong. There's no attempt limit. You can skip past all the reading immediately with no issues. It will ask one of these really annoying security questions every time you advance a chapter, like what year your father/mother was born, and your favorite month, which you specify when you register, so just make sure you know the answers to those. It is ridiculous, but it doesn't matter much and only takes a few seconds to answer and proceed.In addition to the content quiz and the security questions, there will also be quick 'check' question to 'make sure you read the content.' But again, it's really easy like "What colors were the cars in the image in the reading?" and it doesn't matter at all if you get it wrong since you can just answer it again right away with no penalty. They are all multiple choice questions with three or four answers, so even just bruteforcing through this with trying every option would still result in it being completed in less than an hour. If you are looking for an easy course, this is it. The exam is open book and allows reviewing the material while taking it and just googling the answers to make sure they are right. You only get two attempts on the final exam, so you have to take a little time on it...but there's no risk if you're looking up the answers. No time limit.Additionally, I happened to notice while skipping through the reading that the course was actually good. If I didn't already know how to drive or needed to study to pass the written exam to get a license, this course would be great to use. It has really great colorful animations showing cars moving at intersections to illustrate laws and short, helpful videos and everything.The site didn't offer me anything to make a review here like other comments were saying, so I'm not getting anything for this. After the local cop pretended to cut me a break by reducing the speeding ticket to just 10 mph over the limit, he gave me a card with the gototrafficschool.com info on it. Bought the online course for my twins to do the required work before their permit.  The course is timed online almost all reading.  My kids, who are good readers and A students, would finish a section 10 or more minutes before it was "timed" to be done.  They could not move on until the course let them.  Then, to not get kicked out, they had to scroll or click every 4 minutes until the allotted time was done.  There was one section consisting of a 10 minute video with a 20 minute allowed time.My kids did learn - but mostly tricks to game the timing system so they could do something useful in the wasted time and not get logged off.Worse is, they took an online course that DOES NOT PROVIDE ONLINEVERIFICATION of completion.  Once you have suffered through the hours and time to be finished just before wanted to get permit (birthday) YOU WILL GET A NOTICE THAT THEY WILL MAIL IT TO YOU IN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS BUT WITH NO TRACKING AND LIKELY TO GET LOST.  INSTEAD YOU ARE "ENCOURAGED" TO UPGRADE TO QUICK FED EX AT PRICES HIGHER THAN THE COST OF THE COURSE.  This information was not obvious noted prior to signing up nor was it mentioned in any of the costs.  Sort of like showing up to a flight that never mentioned baggage fees only to get stuck with fees equal to your flight cost if you really want to go and late enough to have no options to look elsewhere.  There was a flat refusal to email or scan, or have any electronic way to confirm course complete for the learners section when specifically requested.  (can't speak to sending to courts)And as others said, you get a link to come here and say nice things for cash back. So, I would also not trust any of the glowing reviews of the teen driving course.My kids agree with the other poster that the dentist drill would be better.  And, I learned a lesson about not going cheap unless you are into child abuse for new learning to drive kids. I have no reason to give GTTS less than five stars.They are a California-approved online traffic school.It was quick and easy to register.It was cheaper than any other school I looked at (around $12.00).The whole online course was easy to navigate and easy to complete and pass.They electronically notify the court that you have completed the course.  And then, for an additional $5.00 fee, GTTS will text you to confirm that both court and DMV were notified.  I def think it's worth it to pay the five bucks to get that peace of mind that all interested parties were notified.The course itself was a breeze.  It took me a couple of hours.  I could have done it in one sitting, but found it more convenient to do it in chunks.  I had the TV on and music playing while I was taking the course.  If I'm being honest, I skimmed very quickly through each chapter.  There are several short video clips throughout, and I do recommend playing the videos.  You can keep scrolling thru the chapter while you listen to the video.  The unit quizzes are 2-3 questions, and you can mess up multiple times and it will let you keep re-taking the quiz with the same questions.  Most of the questions posed are ones that are easily answered with common sense and good driving experience.On the final exam, I was a bit nervous, given the fact that you only have two chances.  If you fail, you can re-take the final but only one time.  You fail it twice, you have to take the course over.  But they give you the opportunity to open up the study material in a different tab, and of course there's always Google.  I don't think there's a time limit on the exam, at least I didn't see a timer or any mention of a time limit.I passed on my first try, I missed two questions, which makes for an A-.  I'm happy. I did their online traffic school.  Despite saying they electronically sent the certificate to the court twice, the court did not receive it.  I called the court and they said it is very common with companies like this.  I asked gototrafficschool.com to call the court and sort out the problem.  They refused and said that they don't call the court.  The court says there is nothing they can do about it.  This leaves me in a position where I can't do anything.  I wasted time and money on this dumb traffic school, spent hours on the phone trying to sort it out, and get higher insurance rates because the traffic school is inept and has horrible customer service.  BOTTOM LINE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Of the hundreds of online traffic schools, Go To falls short.  I was working on the course and got locked out because (supposedly) I gave a wrong answer to a security question.  I know the answer was correct (my mother's birth year) but it was not accepted.  I tried it three times until it timed out.  Message sez call to restore but "office closed" at 8:30pm weeknight.  When would most people be working on this...during working hours?  So I'm done for the night.  As to the material, it's preachy.  I want a course that delivers the vehicle code, asks relevant questions, and doesn't moralize.  I'm a grownup and fully understand the responsibilities of operating a vehicle.  I have revised the review to say that while phone support was not avail at 8:30, LIVE CHAT was.  April was very helpful in resetting the program so I could resume.  Had a second problem (the Sign Quiz kept looping around making me redo section after section).  April fixed that as well. As much as I avoided this, I thought they did a good job and actually learned a few things.  They are an approved provider for California, on the level, and cheap.  You can try to blaze through the pages since there are no timers, but they are sticklers for detail on the questions so I found that not to be a great strategy.  They also had some videos that were eye-opening and sometimes scary.  The one on the people who lost friends who texted while driving was especially memorable.  I'm not a young guy and actually had to think on more than a few questions.  You can retake the quizzes as many times as you want.  For the "final exam," you can only take it twice without paying a small ($5.00 as I recall) upcharge.  I skipped this and passed the first time, luckily.  They have good and reachable customer service 24/7 and email back promptly.  They submit your results to the courthouse in 2 days and you can pay another small charge to have them transmitted the same day if you're waiting until the last minute.All in all, I'd use them again if I get stupid/unlucky on the road and the need arises.  The whole thing took a little more than a couple of hours, but I'm kinda nerdy so I took notes and took it seriously.  Most could probably complete faster and you have no time limit for the course itself.They gave me this promo code which anyone can use to save a dollar on the $12.50 price: X6C-FKM-AMB It should work forever. But fellow Yelpers, why corrupt and be corrupt? Makes the world an uglier place.  I want to preface this with I'm an A student, UCLA Alum and MBA not bragging at all but for context.  The course took me forever and once you start, there's no going back. It was torturously boring and a lot of reading. 17 Chapters. 2 short quizzes per chapter, not hard but specific. Then they would ask questions like what color was the guy's hair in the video about road signs. I'm like what? It took me an average of about 45 minutes per chapter. It took me a solid 12-14 hours. Overall, the site was great, super easy. There was no clock or timer. At first, I read everything and took each 2 question quiz like intended. I failed one of the quizzes because I got one question wrong, but it didn't matter--the quizzes are only there to help guide you and many of the questions end up on the final exam. Later I realized you can copy and paste the chapters to microsoft word and go back to them while taking the quizzes. I also used them on the final exam. Most of it is common sense, especially the final exam. There are no time limits. The final exam can also be retaken as many times as you need to to pass with at least an 80%. Absolutely horrible web site. You have to keep each lesson page open for 5 minutes and you can't even take 15 seconds to check on an e-mail status. The 5 minutes allocated never align with the amount of content on the page; sometimes there is too little content so you are twiddling your thumbs for a minute or two, while other times you're scrambling to take in as much as you can before 5 minutes are up and still only get halfway through. It fights with you if you want to review the lesson material. My account was deactivated at least 5 times due to very bad miscommunications regarding court date vs. traffic school due date, and broken tracking raising false alarms. I called in a reactivation a day ago and now it's deactivated again and I don't know why. You can't reactivate the account until calling in during business hours. If I could give them a 1/4 Star I would. GotoTrafficSchool has the MOST INCOMPETENT workers I've ever dealt with. I registered for an account, scanned my drivers license, citation, and even my Student Form (signoff) to .jpeg, then sent it in to them about 9-12 times. I've called about 5 times now as well. They even told me 3 times I was good to go. Needless to say, 2 weeks later, I still cannot take my course. My sent email logs show I've sent all the documents to the right email address. After online chat, they told me to send it yet again. They told me I have to wait till Monday when their supervisor gets in to clear me. I used this service before and it wasn't that bad. Aside from the annoying upgrades they try to sell you, for audio more money, for a copy of your certificate more money, etc. This time around they implemented new rules and there's no notification of the changes. Apparently you have to keep your mouse moving in order to get credit for the hours. I was down to 2 hours left and when I logged in a few days later it was back to 6+ hours. I chatted online with customer service and spoke on the phone, RUDEST people ever!! From the get go they have attitude, not wanting to give me credit. Make sure you log off correctly if not your hours won't be logged in. Don't know why they can't have that important info flashing but they can blind you with their advertising.
