I don't think it was financially worth it. DO THIS INSTEAD: You're much much much better off somewhere else or studying a CA Driver's Handbook and taking the 6 practice tests on the dmv website, or taking the $19 dmv online school course vs. mediocre Delta for $300+ to prepare you for the written test.NOT DELTA! WHY?: I took 3 driving school days.. but it FELT like 3 years of being in an elementary classroom full of immature idiots throwing paper planes around the room. The "immature idiots" part isn't entirely for Delta to blame, though, their fabulous location of being near restaurants and the mall, hurts them by getting richer, spoiled babies by nearby La Canada who seemed to exclaim, "look at mee i don't want to be here, i don't have to pay attention, and like omg look at my expensive clothes! i can afford to just sit here and distract all the other students who want to learn!"The sessions were so tedious and boring. They packed so much information at a time, you really have to pay attention. And the weird thing is, is that there are many times that the instructor just sits there for a while when they could've just spaced out the information so it would've been easier and more comprehendible. The staff are nice, though, I couldn't understand what the instructor was saing sometimes. At the end of the course, the class got to take a practice written test. I swear, 75% FAILED. Excluding me of course, but like I said, pay attention if you come here; even take notes. ON THE PLUS SIDE: I also took the behind-the-wheel course. I liked it. My instructor was so empathetic and friendly. He did not get mad or make me feel bad in any way when I made mistakes or went AHHHHH! lol. He was very encouraging and almost theraputic with the casual talks about life, the weather, and seemed to love his job. The information he gave me was useful and you must remember what they teach you! If you need them to keep reminding you, don't be afraid to ask. Also, my instructor let me take my time eating my granola bar because I was so hungry. In no way did my driving instructor waste my time. Though he did not teach parallel parking, the driving was overall enjoyable and productive. If you must, I say, Go to Delta ONLY FOR THE BEHIND-THE-WHEEL SESSIONS.I would give this place 4 stars for the behind-the-wheel-session, but I give 2 stars because the schooling was terrible and I really want to emphasize that you'd save so much more money and time if you just follow my suggestion at the top, instead.
