(Example: Me outside Kinkos: "Hi I just FAXED my driving test in, have you guys received it?) Response: Call in a couple of hours. Me: Uhh, I just want to know if you Received the fax I sent you. Call back in a couple of hours, That's handled by a different department. Me: Okay, sure. I'll do that. 4 Hours later.. We have not received anything, Call back in a day or two. (One week later and having talked to every lame person At Least once, and being helped by the one knowledgeable person there. "Scan it and send it by email". Cool, I'll do that. Shoot, My scanner won't work, (not my scanner), But faxes should be going through. Let's fax it! (Other lame/rude liar woman: We can't get up and go to the fax machine to check if we got your fax...
