It was the first time I've even touched the wheel when I started taking driving lessons. I was scared of every pole, curb, pedestrian, CARS, in a word, everything around. About 2 weeks after I felt a lot confident, patient and ready to learn more and more. Nerses is a very unique person. He notices and corrects every small action that you have done incorrect, what is more, predicts mistakes that will possibly happen while you are focusing on other things. He teaches how to control everything without missing any small aspect. By listening to him and following his directions, you will for sure succeed. If not, he will find a new way of explaining and will never give up until you actually understand it. I recommend him to everyone! Read Less

I would recommend this instructor to everyone who wants to learn how to drive! He is very professional, very detailed, explains every single mistake, completely honest. Walks you through the whole, complete exam process, there is nothing he did not explain or  left with no attention. I highly recommend anyone who wants to LEARN how to drive the right way, to come to this driving school. I needed to learn how to drive and called. My driving instructor was great and really patient,  which is what I needed since I had no idea how to drive. All you have to do is listen to him, concentrate and soak in all the information he is giving you about driving. I passed and am so happy!  So worth it, and really glad I learned properly. Every time  I drive now I can hear his voice in my head telling me to look "over shoulder and turn my signal off." Glad there are still schools that care about the student and their needs. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! The amount of patience Mr. Nerses has is indescribable. He delt with  my driving when my own mom wouldn't. My mom refused to practice driving with me so she trusted Mr. Nerses to teach me and he did exactly that and more. Within only 30 hours he was able to make me into the most perfect driver. LISTEN to everything he says (he knows what he is saying). He knows all the rules and tricks to make sure you pass your drivers test. I had a driving instructor before him (wont mention his name) but he wasn't even half the instructor that Mr. Nerses is. Nerses is an excellent Driving Instructor! I've always had a fear of driving and I thought everyone else could do it, except for me. However, after taking lessons with Nerses, I overcame that fear. His criticism was very helpful, unlike most instructors who just say do this or do that, he gives actual feedback that will not only ensure a pass on your drivers test, but will also make you a driver with good judgement. Such an amazing school!!!! Nerses Adamian is GOLD! If you don't know how to drive go to him. He has patience like nobody else does. I've been a driver for 3 years and to this day I hear his words in my mind when I'm driving, he's still helping me. Everybody thinks I've been driving for years because I'm such a good driver, it all thanks to him. He also helped me to pass the test, gave advice etc. I knew 3 of his students when I was training and all of us 3 passed the test from the first time. DO NOT COME HERE!!! I paid $320 for 8 hrs of driving school which is the average rate. My driving instructor, Mr Vargas was either always late to pick me up or never even showed up for the appointment. When calling the office no one is ever apologetic or accommodating for the inconvenience. During driving sessions Mr. Vargas is constantly talking on his cell phone instead of teaching me how to drive. On one occasion while he was talking on his cell phone he even reached down and stroked my leg! He even made me go to 7-11 so he could take a 15 min break from a 2 hr session. Before all this happened he had scheduled to have me take my driving exam at the DMV in which he will use 2 hrs of paid time. Since I did not want anything to do with this pervert anymore I called the office 4 days before the test date to let them know that I will just have my dad take me to the test instead. The person who answered said that Mr. Vargas was on vacation and that my driving test had been cancelled 2 weeks ago. No one even bothered to tell me that my test was cancelled, I had been so excited to start driving. The office was in no way apologetic for their mistakes. They will gladly accept your money but once they get it customer service goes down the drain. I will be reporting them to the BBB. Please do not waste your money on Condor Driving School in Eagle Rock!!! Read Less

I would like to say thank you to Condor for educating me on the skills and knowledge required for behind the wheels and on road experience. My instructor did a pretty good job on teaching me how to drive properly and i passed no sweat for both permit and license ! My cousins and friends came here as well and were welcomed and told step by step what they should do which was pretty helpful. I'm not sure for others but they made schedules for me right away and everything went on pretty smoothly and i didn't have to worry or bother with much since they took care of it. Read Less

I learned from a very good instructor from this driving school. He taught me all there is to know about driving in Los Angeles, where there are so many bad drivers, you need to know how to avoid them and not be like them. The instructor taught me that driving is best learned on the road, not in the classroom. It's knowing what to do in a difficult situation when you're faced with it on the streets, on the freeway. I suspect that single, previous review of Condor Driving School was written by the owner. The place was poorly organized, basically ""phoning it in."" The staff in their office was always polite and helpful, but driving instructors were sometimes not available, and changed dates for driving practices more than once. The classroom instruction, according to my daughter, was poor, and Condor did not allow their dog-eared, filthy paperback textbooks to be taken home. My daughter went online to study for the test.
