Horrible customer service: guy who answers phone is rude and sounds bothered every time.. They provide no updates on teenaged driver. Guess this is what you pay for!! I would have rated 1 star, had the student not passed his behind the wheel exam. Read Less

My sister's driving instructor cut her drive time without even notifying my sister or mother before hand of the short driving lesson. Not only that but she was on her cell phone the entire time! When my mother called to complain of course the management protected their employee rather then believing the customer! My sister til this day doesn't know how to drive still! They could of atleast given my sister another lesson with someone else or give my mother her money back! We've recommended over 3 people to this school as well as my other siblings attended this school. Going forward we will never recommend nor use apolo ever again. I had my behind the wheel test earlier and I passed the 1st time. I wouldn't have done it without the help of the best instructor I know - Lucy. She's very patient and will not stop until you perfect it. She was always on time and I had no problem regarding scheduling classes with Mike. Thanks Mike for helping me navigate through the website.This was a great experience! I wasn't sure which online site to use, but after reviewing other websites APOLO DRIVING SCHOOL seemed legit. No hidden fees and easy online course. Finished the 5 chapter and 25 question quiz very rapidly. I would definitely recommend friends  about using APOLOs traffic school system. Lucy is a sweetheart. I believe the energy an instructor brings into a lesson is paramount; if a instructor is cynical or harsh, it absolutely impacts the way you drive and the number of mistakes you make. But Lucy's demeanor is instantly calming and reassuring. She's very patient going over things multiple times, and also adjusting the lesson to what you want to learn for that day. Things that I struggled with my previous instructor were solved almost instantly due to her clarity in explaining. Mike, the person who sets up the appointments for you, is pretty curt, but not too awful to interact with. He is less lenient in scheduling lessons if Lucy is busy, but Lucy will call you back and is sweet enough to squeeze you in. Overall there was nothing negative in my experience with this school, I strongly recommend! Read Less

I am currently 10 hours in, bought a 12 hour package. I have learned how to drive efficiently. I have not driven on heavy traffic yet because I need practice. With practice, I would be set for the road. Really helpful instructors. I had two nice ladies, Lucy and Illiana as my instructors. Very helpful ladies.Read Less

I got Apolo Driving School to help me with my behind d wheel exam. Although, i use to drive in my home country I just wanted to make sure that I have a run through of the whole driving experience in Ca. Mike gave me a female intructor named Lucy who was very thorough and detailed on what I need to do, and to correct. She was very patient with me encouraging me to do what would make me pass for the exam. I was so happy with the outcome. I took the exam just one time and I passed. I would highly recommend their company to anyone who wants a reliable driving school in the Valley. Read Less

You are better off getting a monthly tap card than you would be by going here to try to learn how to drive. Instructors do not know English. They don't even know how to read numbers and will make you walk a 1/4 mile somewhere. Read Less
