Nothing, they get nothing from me. I have had a horrible experience with these people.  The scheduler, Jeannette, was rude, cold and just plain unpleasant.We bought the behind the wheel course, only, for my 16 year old son. I was told we had to complete it in 6 months or the certificate would be no good. Just my luck my dad gets sick and I'm traveling back and forth from Florida to take care of him, my son fails the test twice, finally passing it one day before the expiration date.  I understand that I was made aware of the expiration date and I would be happy if when I  was making my request they were polite. All that would have made me happy would have been for them to listen to me and take into consideration my request and what I have been going  through. I just wanted them to at least try to ask if they could make an exception for me. They barley even let me speak, cutting me off to tell me NO. And with a tone to her voice that was just screaming "I'm not going to do anything for you - this is all about the money for us". Pure negativity.Now I have two options, pay another $150.00 to them for an extension on the expiration date (by the way DMV gives you one year from the date of the permit to complete all courses) or go to another school pay another $194 to have them teach my boy.Honestly I'd rather pay someone else then go to Angels driving school, all I wanted was a little kindness, that was too much to ask for.
