Adriana gave me location specific critical instructions and without a doubt prepared me for the test. I would not have passed without her help. Couldn't even find my address for the road test service. My appointment was at 8am and he called around 7:20 saying he don't know where I'm at and blah blah blah. He was suppose to be here at 7am for an hour of practice before the test. I made an appointment 4 days ago and yesterday I called to confirm and they didn't even have my information. I gave them my info again and then this happens. I know its early but i got ready and all that too. Maybe double check the address the night before? This school should get 10 stars, and have way more reviews.  I moved out to LA from NYC about a year ago. I took driving lessons from other schools and failed the road test twice .  Those experiences bruised my confidence so I took  a one month break.  Then I called this school and got a really positive vibe speaking to the owner.   After taking about 20 hours of driving lessons.  I took the road test this week and I finally passed!   Thanks to Raul, who is a very helpful teacher, funny and also happens to be the owner.  He explained step by step how to control the vehicle, and  everything that you will experience/deal with in sharing the road with traffic.   He is also extremely patient because I am a nervous/anxious adult in my forties who has not driven since I was a teenager. After my experience with others schools this was far more the best one and I highly recommend it. Read Less

I have been driving before I moved to the U.S and needed to get DL in Cali. I wanted a driving school that will help me practice the driving rules in the U.S well enough to pass the test and for my driving here. Paul was assigned to be my instructor and he is amazing!!! Very patient and kind. He carefully took me through each and every rule and was willing to make me repeat each one until I got it right. I took my road test and passed on the first attempt. Paul is my instructor. He was highly recommended by a coworker. He is professional and a really nice gentleman. He love what he does and know his craft. LOL He made me drive for the first time in my life and I find it so funny that my fear of driving made me wait all these years to overcome it in minutes. I felt so secure and confident. I called Allied Driving School after I used the services of another school, whose instruction I found ineffective. Paul and Raul from Allied Driving School were outstanding instructors, respectful, and most importantly very involved and focused on my driving technique. I called them three days before my test because I realized I needed more practice. Although they were booked for the weekend, Raul agreed to make time and gave me a lesson at seven in the morning. Due to his emphasis on scanning, traffic check, and many other details, I passed my driving test today. I highly recommend this driving school without reservations. Read Less

I did 8 hours of drivers training with my instructor and it helped a lot! Before training, I was terrified to drive and always nervous when I would practice with my mom, but after day one of driving with my instructor I was much more comfortable and eager to drive and learn more. Read Less

I had my first stick shift driving lesson here today. The teacher/owner is a lovely guy. Doesn't want to know your life story. Just teaches you how to drive. And he is an expert teacher. I had a perfect experience and have no complaints. I recommend Raul Pena's school wholeheartedly. Read Less
