One of the men there does not know how to teach their students well. He was texting, he was being inappropriate, he was being sarcastic at every wrong error being made. Being able to teach someone how to drive requires patience something the guy did not know how to do. I recommend looking elsewhere. Everyone should be able to feel comfortable to be taught and I wasn't got half of my money back but regret taking one course.

Very unreliable! Saturday morning I called at 9am to schedule an appointment for my first driving lesson for today, Monday at 9:00am. The man came off as rude and they didn't call me back to confirm my appointment till 12pm. I guess that should've been the first tell tale sign of bad service. Today, I called at 9:20 am to ask where my instructor was, and the man who answered the phone said "Action Driving School", I went on to say that the instructor wasn't here. Yet he goes on and tells me he isn't in town but gave me the number of the instructor who was supposed to be here. I called her and she told me, "I called you all day yesterday and this morning to confirm and no one answered." My phone ALWAYS has the volume up, and guess what....NO MISSED CALLS! Very unprofessional and very unreliable. I am PAYING for the classes, they aren't providing the service for free. I would NEVER recommend them, and if it were possible to give them zero stars, I would.

My teenage son learned to drive with instructor Angel. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He gave detailed and thorough information about the vehicle and driving strategies before heading down the road. He makes sure you start off as a conscientious and defensive driver.

Very unprofessional conduct. I booked them a day in advance but on the day of the test no one came to pick me up. On top of that neither the owner or the driver would pick up my repeated calls to check where they were and i missed my appointment.

I would go with no rating at all.A guy named Jason was assigned to me.He is very unprofessional.He didnt showed up on the scheduled time for 3 times. Then after I called him, he told that he is very busy and couldnt come today.While teaching also, he is texting someone for the whole time.When I make some mistake, he yells at me.

I called and scheduled an appointment to be picked up so that I could have a quick tutorial and go for my driving test using the car.They did NOT show up! They did NOT call me back after I left 3 messages in their inbox (not even answering the phone on a Friday afternoon).I missed my behind the wheel driving test due to their unprofessional conduct.BEWARE and try your luck elsewhere!

One of the men there does not know how to teach their students well. He was texting, he was being inappropriate, he was being sarcastic at every wrong error being made. Being able to teach someone how to drive requires patience something the guy did not know how to do. I recommend looking elsewhere.
