This place was nothing, but a huge help, I had to do traffic school for my ticket and Diana and her staff was the sweetest people I've ever met helping us help with the rules of the road and her experiences, man I was dreading the idea of going to traffic school since i heard stories about how boring it was, but not here it was a fun class and everyone was participating with the help from the Diana breaking the ice on talking with each other, so much knowledge from this women and such a sweetheart, I wish college was like this lol. I am very glad I chose this study course out of the almost 800 classes I could have had. I chose the workbook because I like to read and highlight important parts of what I am studying. You can't make copies of the questions online so I didn't even want to try. I am sending the pkg off tomorrow by certified mail. It stated that you could do the questions in pencil or ink and I chose pencil. My printer didn't copy it very well or I could have faxed the questions. The course is in 4 sections and after each course there are 25 questions with true or false questions and some fill in the blank questions and there are 25 final questions. There is also a part that they request you have to answer but it doesn't effect your final score. Those are questions about WHAT WOULD YOU DO some of the Questions pertain to Driving Skills, Habits, Ability, Aptitude, Behavior, Judgment, Values and Moods. They took a little thought . I just did the best I could. I hoping I get 100%. It took me way more than 8 hours to complete but I didn't want to guess at the answers. It was well worth the $35.00 to buy the book. Read Less
