Miss Tinna is the best!!!! She gave me so many tips and encouraged me not to be nervous or afraid. I passed the DMV driving test thanks to her and I recommend her to anyone who wants to pass. She even told me I would pass before taking the test since according to her I was ready! Driving is not at all hard you just need the right instructor to guide you. I received driving lessons here over ten years ago (when it was still Goodwill Driving) at two different times, by two different instructors. I was extremely nervous about getting my license because I had been in a few car accidents over the years always as a passenger (the last one left me permanently injured), and at that point I had a child who was in early elementary that I would be driving around. The first go round, my instructor was Will's brother (so sorry I forgot his name), and the second instructor I had I believe was Tina; truthfully, I was blessed to have both! Will's brother taught me the laws and rules of driving; Tina taught me common sense driving; and together I was prepared enough to get my license on the first try. Because of fear, I was in my early thirties when I finally bit the bullet and got my license and I would not have been able to do it without them. It's so weird that even 10+ years later I still hear Tina's voice asking me 'what I think I'm doing with my foot' when I prepare to brake unnecessarily. LOL! Read Less

Eric & Ken were excellent instructor's and the entire office staff is helpful very respectful. The day before my test they went online and printed out the confirmation information for my behind test. On the they of the test Eric was helpful and reminded me to have $7 prepared to pay for my test seeing as this was my second time taking the test. I rented the car for my test and prior to taking it was given an hour to practice and drive to the DMV. My instructors were aways on time and they could pick you up and drop you off where ever you need to be. This way if you work you can practice before work. They are also open seven days. Read Less

Great school, great teaching. And it's the best price i could find in Los Angeles. I had Ken, he was very calm, and he gave me soooo many tips and small things that not only would help me pass the test, but also to be a great driver in general. My friend recommended this driving school for me and I was very satisfied with the overall service.What drew me to them was that their prices are slightly lower than CIS Driving school. My drive instructor was really cool with me. Rather than yelling at me whenever I made a mistake, he actually crack some jokes and corrected me to keep me calm. By doing that he made driving a very comforting and relaxing experience for me.The only cons that I could think of is that there was some tardiness on the part of the instructor, but it was never more than 10 mins. But if it happened, sometimes he's let me drive 10 mins after my time so I could get my 'fair share' of the driving. He also ate when I drove, which was a little weird.But despite so, I was able to get my license and I drive alot more comfortably than I did before. Read Less

GoodWill Driving School is the best! They helped me with the process of getting my license, from the mandatory 6 hours that DMV requires to get my learner's permit to practice throughout the 6 months to the actual day of my driving exam. GoodWill Driving School gave me a mini lesson before my test so that I wouldn’t be so nervous. Tinna was my instructor, she was patient, nice, and answered any question I had about driving. Since I am female I appreciate the fact that at GoodWill Driving School had female instructors and I got to choose my instructor. Most of all I like that this driving school made accommodations to my needs so I that could feel more comfortable. I also like that the prices were low. I recommend this school to all my friends.
