The service was amazing and very friendly. Every time I had a driving lesson the instructors were encouraging and helpful. The instructor Kevin took me for my behind-the-wheel test and he is very experienced and gave me the confidence I needed to pass with only having 4 mistakes. My daughter took the six hours of driver's training with Damien and just took her behind the wheel test yesterday. She passed with only missing 3 points!  She was well prepared to take the test, and she practiced a lot.  We are very pleased with her result and had no complaints about the instructor or the vehicle. She did say one car was really noisy to drive, but the other two sessions were fine. They were willing to pick her up from school or even dropped her off at school on a late start day, which was really helpful! No issues with scheduling and they communicated well when the instructor was running a few minutes behind one day. This is an amazing traffic school!!! The head instructor Youssef is great and teaches really well. I struggled with driving and he helped me get over my fears and I passed my test on the first try! He is wonderful and the front desk receptionist is really nice. A really great place, he's always very busy so cutting 2 min or so to get to another student didn't bother me. He is a hard working man so I respect his efforts and teaching style. Overall, I passed and that was the goal for me and that is what I received from this traffic school ! Read Less

Totally sketch location. It's hidden and so dingy inside, I felt like I was transported 50 years back in time. The lessons were shorter than the 2 advertised hours because apparently they scheduled students back to back which meant leaving your lesson early and driving all the way back to the place in time to get the other person. I forgot what his name was but I had a older white guy (Kevin?) who taught me. Over all good teacher but boy does this man brag about himself. This dude has such a big ego that the first thing he tells you is that he doesn't work for the owners and that he's had this job since before most kids were born. He claims to have owned the location before and blah blah blah. Also it was weird because every time I began, he made me drive into a mobile home park and he would get off and run inside for like 10 mins. I don't know if he lived there or what and if he maybe was using the restroom between lessons but it was extremely unprofessional and weird. Being a girl, I didn't take lessons at night but one time it got dark and he made me stop my lesson and drive to San Dimas high to pick up another student who was after me. They also offer to pick and drop off at your own home. DO NOT, I MEAN DO NOT LET THEM DO THIS. I basically know where random people live bc every time I drove by a neighborhood he would point out that he'd taught the kids that lived there prior. I told my dad to pick me/drop me every lesson bc I just didn't want this person to know where I lived. I literally drove a total of 6 hours before they scheduled a DMV test in Pomona. I passed with a 94/100 so I'm not complaining too much about the lessons in general but it's just a weird place man. Read Less

Zero stars is a more accurate experience. This is a terrible driving school. We actually did not use all that we paid for because it not worth putting up with the hassle. The receptionist is pleasant but the instructors are rude and belittleing. My 20 year old would come home sick from the abuse. Fitting into the schedule was difficult and after 6 weeks we had only had two lessons. Each lesson was cut short by about 30 min. Driving schools have state regulations and the state should put this one out of business. Read Less

DO NOT TAKE LESSONS FROM THIS PLACE. I was driving on the 210 going E the other night and this man driving in the company car was speeding, tailgating me, and switching lanes without signaling! This place has to be a joke! It scares me to think that there are young kids driving around learning from this guy. I'm writing this review to say sorry to people who posted their reviews. I'm sorry that I didn't listen to your guys. My lessons were 20-30 short. Take lessons from here if you want someone yelling at you right next to your ear. I took driving lessons from 3 different places and I have to say this one is the worst. Please consider taking driving lessons from other places. I thought I just needed some time in a car so it doesn't matter if this place is good or not. But it turned out it matters. Read Less

I sent my daughter to Glendora Traffic & Driving School, they are not reliable, not professional and not honest, will not recommend this school to anyone. instructor came last, not interesting in teaching them, when he came he had another student with in the car, the time was given to my daughter was 20 minutes short, when I tried to complain, the lady who answer the phone speaks poor English. She promised to have the owner call me but he never did. big miss big mistake. Read Less

We are on teen#2 with this school. They are friendly, on time, and get your basic driving lessons done cheaper than any other company around. It's a basic no- frills service, which is all we need (my teens both have extensive off road driving experience and we will send them to putontheBRAKES for defensive driving follow up). Glendora traffic& driving satisfies the basic required 6 hrs and are receptive if you ask them to focus on specific skills (one kid is a crappy parallel parker, the other needed to work on backing and SAFE lane changes..) if you tell them your needs. We had no problem scheduling the sessions and they even provided free study guides for the permit test prior, even though neither of my teens took the classroom portion with them. Read Less

I tried to book a appointment for my son .we set a date had to change it i called them three times .no response. I finally called a fourth time spoke with someone one and his response was uh uh I don't have time he did not even try to make a effort to keep my business as a new customer was I bothering him .I would not recommend these people for driving instructions. .I would not recommend them .I would not even give them a star on the ratings. My daughter went for the 6 hour driving lessons, so this review is based on the instructor. They can either pick you up or you can meet at the school.  The instructor was kind enough to let me know if he was running late. My daughter had 2 instructors and the 1st one, a young one, was ok....however, when she got the older instructor, she was much more pleased, he seemed to be a better instructor and was more clear in his instructions. They helped me get my license so fast. i literally got it in 2 weeks. i paid for the classes plus extra so I can use their car for the driving test. They booked the appointment for me. my instructor came & got me and we did a little more practice before the actual test. He was always on time and went out of his way to make sure I had the car i liked driving for the test. great experience. definitely would recommend. Read Less

Be advised that their claim of 2-hour driving instruction per session is actually 1 hr and 40 minutes.  What they don't tell you ahead of time is that the driver is entitled to a 10 minute break every hour, consequently, there is 20 minutes taken off the total 2 hour period.  They also don't provide the driver enough time to get to his/her next client thus causing an early drop off.  The instructor is polite and knowledgeable.  I think the management needs to plan better and  provide a more honest and accurate UP FRONT description of the actual driving time for the student. They promised me that they would increase the next session.  I will wait to see if they honor their commitment and include the results in my next post.On the second session, with a different instructor, the session lasted the entire two hours. You get what  you pay for, and I was quite disappointed with the driving school. The instructor was informative with driving tips, BUT overall I felt like it was a waste of money. I had to pick up people during my sessions and the instructor was ALWAYS late. I am a busy person and if you make an appointment you are to be on time. Every other job expects you to be on time, all the time... and I'm not talking minutes I'm saying over 30 minutes and one day, hours... no phone call saying they needed to reschedule, I had to call and be told they couldn't make the set time. In addition to being late, is it typical for the instructors to have phone conversations for nearly half of the lesson? I think that is rude and unprofessional. And lastly, each of my lessons were to be 2 hours and each time I was ripped off 15  minutes. And I have been an instructor for another profession and I was expected to be diligently on time, for the full allotted time, and to devote my whole attention to the customer.... I suggest to find another driving school and save yourself the headache. Read Less

My husband and I hired this company for my daughter. There's suppose to be 3 driving lessons, 2 hrs ea. The first lesson she was shorted 15 minutes. The next lesson they left a last minute message rescheduling to a time she could not make. The third lesson was a complete no-show! When we called to see what happened, their office had no clue whatsoever! Now we have rescheduled the last two classes...we'll see what happens. Probably the worst driving school in the area. I would strongly suggest one of the other places in the area. The guy doesn't understand the idea of an "appointment". We had to reschedule twice because he arrived 40min - 1hr early and we were not home yet. Thankfully we happened to be home on the final session since, again, he arrived 40min before the scheduled appointment. He constantly steps on his pedals and then blames you for the 'mistake', asking "Ok, so what did you do wrong there?". He is very impatient and makes you feel stupid at about every turn. He was on his cell phone some of the time which portrayed a very unprofessional attitude. If you're considering this driving school, I would HIGHLY advise otherwise. Read Less

Well they had a good deal for the drivers ed and behind the wheel so my dad chose them for me. This  place  is owned by an arab family and dont run it professionally. I ended up taking the online line drivers ed and that was terrible.They literary went with the cheapest program they could. It was direct book with a terrible sounding lady doing an over lay with so many mess ups, coughing, and drinking sounds. So I managed to get that done and needed the behind the wheel instruction. They didnt show up 3 times and the guy was late when he came. He talked for five minutes to me then was on the phone the whole time. He took me on the highway and didnt give instruction. I went to call for the anther instructor the next time but didnt get it. It ended taking months and they never showed up. My dad and I went there before my permit expired and they said they couldn't do anything. So I went somewhere else. Read Less
