Very unprofessional, the office doesn't pick up the phone half the time, and the driving instructor is terrible. I went driving ten hours with this company and many times the instructor forgot we had an appointment and never showed up at all. When he did show up, he was late. The worst thing, however, is the way he teaches. He is extremely impatient and demeaning, even resorting to sarcasm a lot of the time. I was just learning to drive for the first time and he made me feel stupid and unsafe. If I made a mistake, which happened a lot as I was a beginning driver, he would become condescending or even angry. Driving for the first time can be a daunting and scary thing to do, and the instructor's attitude did not make it any easier on me. Because of his treatment, I became a scared and nervous driver, which didn't help my ability at all. I failed my driving test the first time because of this. After my ten hours were up, I immediately switched to another instructor, a very patient and kind lady. Made a world of difference in my learning. Don't hire these people to teach your kids an important life skill. There are much more knowledgeable and patient instructors around. Read Less

I got my 1st ticket and need to go to a traffic  school I shop around the Glendale and eagle rock area this place is the best bang for your buck very accommodating easy to get enrolled and edo is very skilled and helpful on each one of us taking the class I will recommend this business for everyone Read Less

I did my traffic school over the weekend and was completely satisfied with my experience. Usually going to school for anything is a drag. I also found out that these gentlemen do online traffic school, hopefully I won't need it that soon but is a better Alternative for my busy schedule. 8 hours is a long time... I also simultaneously set an appointment for my daughters behind the wheel drivers training for dmv, she will start next week. I was unsatisfied with my driving lessons. The instructor, Rubik, would make me drive to places so he could do his errands, such as driving him to the mail box or to people's houses. On the second day, he made me drive to someone's house in Sun Valley and we got out to feed a dog OUTSIDE the house through the fence. He had a container of hot dogs and made me take some and feed the dog through the gate. The third day, he went to someone's house and I was waiting in the car for 10 minutes. All the time that he spent doing errands was taken out of the time I PAID to learn. He also yelled at things I didn't know how to do. That's why I took lessons in the first place, so he could teach me. But he got mad all the time. He also had a thick accent which made it harder to learn. He was telling me to take 10-15 lessons, which meant more money (It's $200 for three 2-hour lessons). But I've had friends who passed the test after 3 lessons. After my 3rd lesson I felt unprepared. I know it's a little cheaper than other driving schools, but it's really not worth it. I would rather have paid a bit more to get a much better instructor. The instructor I got, Rubik, was always yelling at me because I did not know things that he was supposed to be teaching me. I paid for him to teach me, not to yell at me. Driving instructors should be patient and calm. He also took a lot of my time to make me drive to random places to do his errands such as to deliver things to people or to the mailbox. Unfortunately, I had to go to traffic school recently due to a speeding ticket and chose Savon Traffic school from the list that the court hands out. I made a great choice as I learned a lot from the instructor. It is in a great location above Sarkis Pastry and 7-eleven in case you want some snacks and nearby restaurants for lunch.Hopefully I don't get another ticket, but if I do, I will come here again. Probably the best traffic school experience you can get. Sav-on makes the torture bearable... On the brain and the wallet! On top of that, I actually picked up some handy tips for better driving. Actually, I would recommend Sav-On to anyone needing traffic school if only for the sole reason that they would actually LEARN to be a better driver (which is needed, seeing all the morons out there on the road these days) Good info. It may be cheap, but if you want to get your money's worth - go elsewhere!! Paid cash upfront. First impression seemed promising only to be disappointed. My instructor was more of a coach than a teacher. I didn't learn anything that I hadn't  obviously already known. The instructor was never on time and I suggest putting a timer on your cellphone for the exact time of the lesson to avoid getting ripped off. This driving school is lacking and unprofessional.
