HORRIBLE - HORRIBLE - HORRIBLE In conclusion, I had my first lesson on Monday,  10-01-18 and I would NEVER COME BACK EVER AGAIN. Details: My father called the teacher, it is an old Vietnamese man with broken English and he said she's going to come Monday (10/01/18) AT 3:00 PM and guess what? THAT DUDE DID NOT CAME. I called him at 4:00 PM and asked him where he is and HE SAID HE FORGOT! Like seriously, it is his job and he should be more punctual. He then said he's coming at 5:00, 5:45 PM rolls around and he is finally there.When he was there he parked and then someone at my house came home and he had to backup and ALMOST CRASHED INTO MY PARENTS'S CAR! Like, you're not looking too creditable now with your Little Saigon driving style. When that was out of the way I got in the car (Keep in mind I have never operated a car ever in my life until now) and HE JUST TELLS ME TO GET IN THE DRIVER'S SIDE and DRIVE!! Seriously no tutorial or anything? That's horrible. He then showed me to turn and his directions are bad He said to "Step on the breaks" and check both sides left and right IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET instead of up near the stop sign and I couldn't see cars coming. THEN HE TELLS ME TO TURN WHEN THERE WAS A CAR HEADING TOWARDS ME!!! I didn't because I saw and I have common sense. Later on we stopped at an intersection and HE TELLS ME TO TURN AGAIN, when there's a car that was already stopped up ahead, about to go straight. REALLY REALLY REALLY BAD TEACHER, HE EVEN TALKS ON THE PHONE WHILE HE WAS TEACHING ME AND DID NOT PAY ATTENTION AND IT WAS My FIRST TIME! If I could give 0 star, I would! However, since I need a star to write a review so here it goes. I'm not exactly sure if this is his side job but he handed me a card with his name and this company. My mom found out about him through a friend. He charged us 400$ for barely any hours, he didn't even teach me how to parallel park or drive on freeway. First of all, the instructor does NOT how to be on time, very horrible at it!!!!!!! How is it possible that I already told him my availability and he still managed to be super late. I'm a busy college student, I also work part time , so time is very restricted for me Second, he kept trying to convince my parents and me to let me take the test. As much as I said no, he said I already know how to drive, I should just get the license. I was really annoyed because this guy is obviously just want to make quick money from us. I kept saying no until one day he seriously just scheduled a date. I secretly hope that I fail just so I can throw it in his face, but of course I had the easiest exam. After I passed, he let me drove on freeway once and that's it . I never able to get a hold of him again Third, sometimes he taught 2 of us at once, talk about trying to make quick money .so please please, if you ever want to actually learn how to drive, find somewhere else. I just called today and inquire for driving lesson. The guy i spoke to was very rude as i was just inquiring. Now i am reading some of the reviews some people experienced here and it says bad customer service and very rude and it is true i witnessed it. Not a good place to go. Poor customer service will find some place better. I am rating 1 star for this experience. Good luck with your business may you learn the proper way how to serve your customers very well. So I called this driving school for my cousin to have an appt for driving at a certain time on a particular day. The guy called me back to change the agreed time because he would not be available. 3 days later, I called this school to verify the scheduled appt. The same person whom I talked to didn't remember anything and acted unprofessionally. Who would have thought this guy genuinely set up a planned schedule and then will say to you that he is busy so he can't? Terrible service. No wonder all the reviews are negative. Read Less

The office is right above Tastea. The place is a little ghetto, but the service is great The instructor was an old Vietnamese man. He's never in his office because he's either with a student or at home. The reason behind that is because he works solo. I called and he came pretty quick to the office. So call him before you come to the office. $180 for 6 hours behind the wheel for 3 sessions. No complaints since I did improve a lot within 6 hours. Read Less

Absolutely terrible customer service, old beat up un safe cars, and the staff and owner are very rude. The car provided battery died as soon as the driving started. Very unsafe and unreliable, owner is non communicative. Do not go here whatsoever.Read Less
