Horrible over the phone can’t even answer a simple damn question: “ can you explain what are some of the details of your process ? What do I need to do to join?” I had to say that three times then this lady preceded to just hang up on me. I’m not going with this place considering the customer service is pretty rude I bet the drivers are even worse.

No star at all... Very unprofessional... first she forgot our 8am appointment, then rescheduled us for the afternoon. Of course she didn't show up, probably forgot all about it again. A phone call would have been acceptable. Im sorry, but this is bad business. Wont recommend to anyone.

Tried to decide between 2 and 3 stars. Once they finally got to the house the lesson was pretty decent. But I definitely had to give less stars because they forgot my appointment and then rescheduled for later and then they were still 20 minutes late.

Would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Lady driving instructor was very rude to my niece. On her phone not giving clear instruction in the middle of the drive. During the drive my niece stop at a...
Would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Lady driving instructor was very rude to my niece. On her phone not giving clear instruction in the middle of the drive. During the drive my niece stop at a red light but when it turn green she couldn't go. Why? Because the instructor was too busy talking on her phone to notice the light had turn green and her foot was still on the brake on her side of the car. Being discouraging and getting mad at students for not driving perfect on their first time ever!!! Really did you drove perfect on your first drive ever because I know I didn't. Sorry but if this is how you help students who is trying to learn how to drive then maybe this job is not for you.

I had a great experience and the driving instructors were great and kind. Also they taught you how to be safe on the road and what you need to know for the behind the wheel test. In addition, they would tell what you need to improve on and would keep practicing with you, on the certain area until you got it. Lastly, thanks to them I passed on my first try.

I had an appointment and the lady picked me up at my house. I got in the car and she asked for my permit , first of all I couldn't even understand her because she doesn't speak English. She told me that my permit was not my permit and was very rude to me so I went back inside to get my "real" permit and she drove away. She left without telling me and she left with my check. I would not recommend this place. Very frustrating

Mid Valley Driving School is a very exceptional driving school and the driving teachers teach thoroughly. I have passed my driving test three days ago the first time I took it. As driving school is a requirement, Mid Valley Driving School is the one to choose because they take the students very seriously and help them a lot.

Horrible over the phone can’t even answer a simple damn question: “ can you explain what are some of the details of your process ? What do I need to do to join?” I had to say that three times then this lady preceded to just hang up on me. I’m not going with this place considering the customer service is pretty rude I bet the drivers are even worse.

No star at all... Very unprofessional... first she forgot our 8am appointment, then rescheduled us for the afternoon. Of course she didn't show up, probably forgot all about it again. A phone call would have been acceptable. Im sorry, but this is bad business. Wont recommend to anyone.

Tried to decide between 2 and 3 stars. Once they finally got to the house the lesson was pretty decent. But I definitely had to give less stars because they forgot my appointment and then rescheduled for later and then they were still 20 minutes late.

Would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Lady driving instructor was very rude to my niece. On her phone not giving clear instruction in the middle of the drive. I had a great experience and the driving instructors were great and kind. Also they taught you how to be safe on the road and what you need to know for the behind the wheel test. In addition, they would tell what you need to improve on and would keep practicing with you, on the certain area until you got it. Lastly, thanks to them I passed on my first try.

Mid Valley Driving School is a very exceptional driving school and the driving teachers teach thoroughly. I have passed my driving test three days ago the first time I took it. As driving school is a requirement, Mid Valley Driving School is the one to choose because they take the students very seriously and help them a lot.
