This has been of the worst experiences I had with my daughter's driving school, I was charged $250, for them to not help my daughter at all, I called to formally let them know and I was answered in a rude way, and later hung up on after she exclaimed how my daughter is the only one to not have ever past the behind the wheel on the first try, truly a shame, I do not recommend. I brought my son hear with Dora which is the person that took my information and is the owner of the business. My son walks in just like every other teenager that goes to this driving school, he see's a friend from school not only does she snap at my son insults him calls him the devil calls me and insults me aswell and tells me to come to the office because she will refund my money back. Well i was very upset and i was asking what did my son do to you to have gotten you so upset, she called me the devil and hung up on me. She cannot really speak english so i told her speak to me in spanish, i understand , that offended her more, I was appalled by her proffesionalism. I called her back she pick up the phone and she kept insulting me.I kept telling her can you please give me an opportunity to speak. I think this place will be SOO much better with Dora GONE! She is so rude for no good reason with such poor customer service skills. I called one week and asked for prices for about 12 hrs of driving she gave a "discount" 350 for 12 hr of driving. I told her that was fine I will pay next week. I called the following week to complete the order and she gave me a hard time and a different price and when I told her she gave me a different price she says "Our prices go up depending on the amount of money need to make rent this month" and then she hung up on me. RUDE. Do NOT go here unless it is your last last last last last last choice.  If I could find her manager I would call them and report her. I passed behind-the -wheel test today!!! so happy! Wanted to express my special thanks to the instructor - EDDIE from AAF driving school, who could explain me a lot during one-hour training before the road test. He explains everything very clearly and exactly what you need to know. We had to wait at dmv around 1 hour, and he did not show any signs of rush whatsoever, he patiently waited and meantime he used every min to go over details that new drivers might miss. I hate doing this but it's only right. I ended up calling AAF because I saw some good reviews on google and yelp. The reason I called was to get prices for the behind the wheel they offer. A lady answers the phone in a strange manner but I oversee it and start the conversation asking about the prices. After I try commenting on the price saying I'll give it a shot, she goes and cuts me off saying something in a foreign language and hung up on me. Like maybe she is in a bad mood but there is no excuse for that type of service. Very unprofessional, I am declining to recommend all my students and clients to go through them. Read Less

We chose this location because of Dora.  Very nice and honest lady. We asked for a female driving instructor for our daughter and Dora delivered. The instructor (Jessica) was awesome. She showed up each day on time, greeted my wife and I with a friendly smile and made our daughter feel comfortable while teaching her how to drive. HORRIBLE!!! I got rear ended by "driving instructor" Elvin Garcia who claimed that he did not see me while I was at a complete stop on the corner of Palmetto and Randall.. I signalled him to pull over and asked for his information. After noticing that he worked for the driving school, I stated that while no damage was done to either vehicle I would let the school know what happened, he pleaded for me not to tell them as he can lose his job, while him not caring that I am clearly very pregnant (8 1/2 months to be exact) and I could have gone into labor had it been worse.. After leaving the scene, I went to the school immediately to speak to a manager/supervisor and was greeted by an extremely rude and super unprofessional woman who claimed to be the owner of the place.. I asked to speak in private, for the sake of the business and the respect of other clients present and she proceeded to say she was took busy to talk to me. Terrible! I did traffic school September of 2016, and I found out today THEY NEVER SENT MY COMPLETION TO THE DMV. The ticket point is still on my record because of them and DMV SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!!!!! Called and was given a different price than my husband was given 2 days prior. When trying to explain myself, I switched from English to Spanish because I felt the lady wasn't understanding me. The lady told me that special was for last week and I explained Saturday is still part of "last week" and the new week begins Sunday/Monday. She got annoyed and hung up on me. Pretty sad when even my teenage daughter recognized that was very poor customer service I had just been provided. I guess I'll call Mas Driving in Rialto....they charge the same amount and hopefully provide better customer service.Mi esposo llamó hace 2 días y le dieron precio diferente del que me dieron a mi ahorita que llame. I had an awesome instructor name Elvin and he has made me more confident in driving! I'm 19 and I only drove twice in my life before getting lessons from him. I was very nervous for my first times out on in the road and also were my parents. They decided to enroll me in the behind the wheel training and I am so glad they did. Eddie was my instructor, he was very good. Always punctual, patient, and overall great. I passed my test the first try with very few errors and I credit the lessons I had with AAF driving for that. I took classes there having high hopes and it was kind of a letdown... the male  instructor i got was very unprofessional ; first day of class he was complaining about his phone for like half an hour cutting in to my driving time  and when we were driving the man couldn't stick to talking one language which made it confusing at times... When i would make a mistake ( like all inexperienced drivers) he would yell at me which i had to complain about for him to stop . the overall experience felt rushed and unorganized which i believe was my instructors fault because the rest of the staff i encountered were very nice and showed complete opposite demeanor. When you are calling them, the are doing everything to avoid the fact they will never refund you the 230 dollars fees that you will set up on the phone for a appointment. When you are asking them, if there is no  policies refunds. They don't answer directly to you. They just talk about the fact  we must  pay first on the phone. The manager who do not know how to speak a right english ( nothing personal ) has told me on the phone, I was only speaking blablab to her, when I asked her the crucial question then she anged up on me :I did call her again, will it be a refund if I cancel even three days in advance, then she has no other choice to answer the right anwer, and she said No, this has happened only  after 10 minutes of conversation. Simple, please if you guys dont' have a lot of income and you have a unexpecting reason to cancel, you have to be aware that they will rip you off on a lie, and not according their policies reasons they won't to mention in the first place, you will never get any refund no even a dollars.  I have been insulted on the phone before calling back with frustration and disapointment. Please people you are working bravely for your income, this people don't deserve to take your money. It is to contact a well educated driving School where the communication is better and according in a honest matter. Really wish they had a better receptionist but hey, everybody's experience is different. Anyways... I only had behind the wheel instruction and if you're getting that my biggest advice is to get any of the two women instructors. They have this guy but he has total attitude problems. So unless you don't mind being talked to like an idiot get the ladies. Ines is pretty chill... They know the route that the Fontana DMV behind the wheel test makes you take so if you do good on your first lesson focus on the route the second day and in the third after they let you on the freeway make them quiz you on the route. It's $195 for 3 days 2 hours each so get your money's worth. I had no idea how to drive and on the first day I drove around for an hour and about 30 minutes no problem. Especially since Ines was really calm about it all and told me when I was messing up and I quickly fixed all my mistakes. She's really calm and won't rush you if you're nervous :) I drove my self home after the first lesson was over(keep in mind I had no previous experience) they're always really punctual showing up as well. Awwwwww I wanted to b the first to rate this place :( guess I was 7 days to late thanx suzie. Well my brother passed his license test and had one lesson left so i he gave me his last 2 hours and I got to drive wit patricia. After the phone call 2day before my lesson I was scared cuz I thought she wasn't gonna b a good instructor. She was exactly on time and as soon as I sat n tat seat she told me exactly where and wat everythin was. I was intimidated cuz I'm 19 and have onli driven a car once and it was for 15 min wit my mom -_- ya so u get the picture. Well she taught just bout everythin. She made me feel comfortable and we found my strengths and weaknesses. She went the extra mile and let me know wat examiners were lookin for. She corrected me often but I didn't mind cuz I wanna know how to do it right the first time. My brothers got other instructers here tat were real laid back until their last class then they wanted to get all serious. Patricia was real nice and when I get more classes I'm gonna ask for her.
