I made an appointment online by selecting an appointment time. I filled in the form that popped up and entered my information. I hit "make appointment" and thought I was done. No one showed up for the appointment. I called and they had all my info. (name, address, etc.) but did not have us on the schedule. I thought it was my fault in how I did the booking online (although I'll never really know), so I scheduled a second appt. right then on the phone. Our 1st appt. had been made for instructor Lupita. When I asked if we could have the same person, I was told her car was having problems. (I'm not sure I like the idea of relying on the car maintenance of an instructor's personal car, as opposed to a company's car.) She assured us that Crystal was just as good as Lupita. When Crystal showed up, she was 45 minutes late (no call). I was standing outside waiting. She literally just got out of the car and stood there. There was no apology and she didn't even have the social skills to introduce herself... the most awkward interaction I've ever had. I reached out my hand and introduced myself. I asked about the appt. time and she said she was late due to car troubles. (Not very reassuring to a parent whose child is going to drive it.) She said she had to stop to get brake fluid. Okay, good reason, but why not call me? I wanted to say no, and stop the appointment right then, but knew how disappointed my daughter would be: this would be the second time missing out on finally being able to drive. So, reluctantly, I watched them drive away without telling my daughter my thoughts.I was betting that the instructor would not even have the courtesy to walk my daughter to the door and tell me how it went. I was right. When my daughter walked into the house, the first thing she said was, "That was the most socially awkward person I have ever met, and I had to spend two hours in a car with her!" This review is not meant to be mean. I'm sure in other circumstances, Crystal is a lovely person, but she should not be a driving instructor. I will not get into the details of my daughter's recounting of the actual lesson, but I will say it was not what I would have expected and I will be booking with another company. Read Less
