So my son has had two out of his three lessons. His first instructor was easy going but didn't seem to offer much feedback. This worked out as my son was a little but nervous. As a parent I wanted more instruction than what my son communicated was given. The second instructor was great. He quizzed my son, provided feedback, communicated regarding what to work on and his preparedness for the test. Between lessons my sons permit expired. We called the office and they were very helpful in directing us to access necessary paperwork etc.  The website seems tedious but it's easy once you register to navigate, select or cancel a lesson.  They are also great about calling back. Twice I've left messages and received a return call within 1-2 hours. Read Less
