This company stole my money and promised to give me a refund after cancelling most of my appointments. This driving school was completely unprofessional! Such a horrible experience for us and our daughter. First time we scheduled her 2 hour appointment everything was great. Second time not so much. We had to reschedule 3 times and it all was last minute and through text messages. There was always an excuse. Fortunately they did give us our money back for this session which I thought was fair at the time. So when I went to schedule her last session I planned it out 3 weeks in advance knowing that she didn't have school that day and can drive her last 2 hours and be dropped off at the DMV to take her behind the wheel test. Well I called them 3 times during the week and left messages every time. No one would call back. I finally get a text from her to schedule an appointment on the day our daughter didn't have school. She said she was open and that that day would work. She assured me she would be here. Well that was yesterday. I get a text from her around 10 saying she's sick and her husband would be here to take our daughter. Our appointment was at noon and around 12:25 no one had shown up. I messaged her and she said he was there. I explained that I had been staring out my front window for 25 minutes and not one person had driven by. She said she tried calling him and his phone was dead and she didn't know what happened. She said I could come by and get my daughter's certificate of completion for the 6 hours of behind the wheel driving even though she only completed 4. I told her this was completely unprofessional and how unhappy I was. Once again I got a refund for that session. My daughter took her drivers test yesterday and failed. I believe if she would have had her last 2 hours with them she would have been more comfortable and confident and would have passed. These people don't care that they have ruined this experience for our daughter by all the BS. Read Less

when your kid just got his permit and all that is holding him back from driving is the first 2 hour behind the wheel lesson don't go with this company unless last minute cancellations don't bother you and your kids really isn't in a hurry to drive. had a Saturday 8am appointment 7am get a message battery is dead trying to find a ride to get another one can we reschedule. we offer to take her to get it and it turns into my sister is taking me, ok please call me when you are ready which turns into a text(not a call as requested) battery didn't help must be the alternator I don't have a back up car today but will tomorrow can we reschedule...ok 7:45 tomorrow which turned into a 7 am message(still not a call) that her mother is ill and she has to cancel reviews online show many upset customers of constant cancellations. very disappointed in this company and do not recommend it to anyone. now my teen has to wait almost 2 weeks to get into another reputable school. As a mother of a first time driver i would highly recommend Melanie. My daughter said she likes driving with her more than me. In Livingston we only have 1 drivers ed school witch we got so many bad reviews from teens in the area there was no way i was going to let my daughter drive with them. I was sceptical of all of the 1-star ratings but I figured they were a while ago so I'd give them a shot. Best decision I made. Malanie was great with getting us appointments on the days we wanted(Given we did schedule ahead of time and not the day before). The instructor Tom is very thorough throughout all of his lessons and answered the many questions I had. I'd go as far as to say he's over-qualified for the work he's doing. Tom is an excellent instructor. Meloney schedules the appointments and keeps the records. She had me pay for three lessions up front. When I tried to schedule the second lesson, she would not give my son his last 2 lessons. She scheduled 10 days away, then called and cancelled, then rescheduled and cancelled and then finally did not even bother to schedule. My son never did get his last two lessons. Her positive remarks and calm energy are exactly what I needed to instill the confidence that I thought I had lost, lacked and needed. She taught me well above and beyond my expectations and well over the requirements necessary for the DMV drive test. She caters to YOUR needs and instructs you on areas for improvement, allowing for questions and patiently helping you with those areas that need help. She comes to you and works with your schedule taking you to school, wherever you need to be, etc. She also understands the difficulties of the economy and offers driving lessons at a very, very affordable price! I can assure you that comparable driving schools are pricier. I can rave and rant so much about this school, because I have no negative remarks to make about this place. Awesome service. I was really impressed with the professionalism. The Instructor was very patient with me and went above and beyond what is even required by law for me to know. She taught me more than just the minimal. I highly recommend this school. She is reasonable on prices and works with people on payment plans. She also comes to you!!
