I took the 6 hour behind wheel training that is mandatory for teens under the age of 18. I must say I am glad I picked this place. They have excellent service and on top of that my driving instructor was extremely kind. My driving instructor was Beverly C. and she was amazing. She was patient and calm with me and was open to all my driving questions. Took me on many routes and gave me advice when it comes to the DMV test. I scored 48/50 on my exam. I would recommend Kanor Driving school to anyone in need of behind the wheel training. I scheduled my son's behind the wheel training with them not only were they professional but very efficient. Tony was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very nice. After his sessions with Tony aka Anthony he was ready to take his test. I found out that Kanor actually has a service where they pick you up and take you to the DMV to do your behind the wheel. Tony picked my son up promptly at the scheduled time took him out driving to brush up whatever he needed to work on then he took him to the DMV where I met up with them to take the test. Both of my kids went through the Kanor Driving School and I couldn't be happier with the service that we received. Instructors Pamela and Frank were excellent. My Son has just completed the required six hour state driving behind the wheel requirement with his instructor Ian. Ian was fantastic, very patient and an excellent communicator and made my son at ease. I have used Kanor Driving School 3 years ago from a recommendation from a friend for my daughter and both times have experienced great service! Customer service girl was very helpful in scheduling my lessons. I was able to schedule all of my lessons with the week before. Ian was my instructor for my lesson two days before my test and helped me calm my nerves and fine tune all of the things I needed to know for my driving test. After my 6 hours of required behind the wheel training with an instructor, I was able to practice what I learned over 1 month of driving.  I went from having 8 critical errors in practice to having only two mistakes on my behind the wheel test. After the 6 hrs required lessons if below 18 yrs old, my son passed the DMV driving test with only 1 error. 49/50.Failure is at 35/50.Ian and Christian were his teachers during the 6 mons duration.  He learned a lot from them especially road rules, regulations, reminders, and tips that parents will not even remember to tell their kids.  With another $145, Kanor took him to DMV using their car and another 1hr lesson before the actual exam.  I am glad that Kanor drivers taught my son and made an impact on his driving skills. His next lesson was with Gustavo with stick shift - my son learned in 2 hrs. He can now drive us around after 2 hrs lesson in our manual cars. I was so amazed that Gustavo had the patience to teach him manual transmission when we, the parents, do not.The lessons are a great investment to my son.Parents should not be teaching their kids how to drive even if they reach 18 yrs of age.Rely on professionals at Kanor to teach your children. I chose Kanor Driving School for my daughter because they were close to my house in Cypress and had the lowest price around.  I'm glad I made the choice because they were very easy to work with and very professional.  We were able to make her appointments easily and all within a 1 week time frame.  The instructors were professional and very helpful in explaining things to my child.  They were on time sometimes even early and always contacted us to let us know if they were going to be early or a little late.  I would highly recommend Kanor Driving School for your teens behind the wheel drivers training. This review is long overdue. Been using this service for both my sons a couple years ago. Both pass their driving test & both have their license now. I recently use this service for myself cause I needed some fresh up session cause I haven't been behind the wheel for a few years. Got 2 2 hours sessions. First session was with Frank & he was a little confuse why I needed this session cause I'm not a new driver. He took me to a place that was challenging for me with lots of curves & turns. He was so patient & I had so much. Second session was with Pam. I told her that I wanted to drive on the freeway & that was exactly what we did. I love her advice & way of thinking.
