Incredibly rude over the phone. Tried to book two hours worth of driving lessons, first they said yes, when I said I came from a different area they suddenly didn't have any available appointments. Incredibly arrogant and rude. Stay clear of this school.

My son gone through the program and he passed the driving test on his first try. I could tell right away he is following the rules and he is paying more attention as a heads-up driver. All the instruc...
My son gone through the program and he passed the driving test on his first try. I could tell right away he is following the rules and he is paying more attention as a heads-up driver. All the instructors were on time and met my expectations as a paprent.

You get what you pay for. They are losing their best trainers to competitors and who's left are sketchy at best. Also, they failed to instruct my daughter about a 'Critical Driving Error' that disqual...
You get what you pay for. They are losing their best trainers to competitors and who's left are sketchy at best. Also, they failed to instruct my daughter about a 'Critical Driving Error' that disqualified her during her 1st DMV driving test. Then when I challenged the charge for the lesson the owner had the audacity to call me names and accuse me of lying. Wow. Just look elsewhere, pay a bit more, and get better training and customer service.

Honestly this has to best place around in the bay area! At first i was really nervous and all but after driving for 5 minutes with one of their instructors i was so relaxed and had an awesome time driving around! I really recommend driversity! Fantastic

My son had his first 2 hour In Car Driver Training with Patti. My son was nervous but after his session with Patti the nervous feeling went away. To be honest I had heard way too many negative reviews...
My son had his first 2 hour In Car Driver Training with Patti. My son was nervous but after his session with Patti the nervous feeling went away. To be honest I had heard way too many negative reviews and feedback from other parents about other driving schools. After doing some research I went with Driversity. Patti was highly recommended by a friend/co-worker. I enrolled online. A few days before our appt Patti sent us an email confirmation. After today's training I am confident I chose the right driving school. Looking forward to our next 2 hours. Thank you Patti!!!

To begin I am a person who have been scared to drive enormously. Every where I go I will take taxis and my husband will drive me if he can. Literally, I know nothing about driving for a middle age woman. I decided to contact Diversity Driving School. The price is reasonable/affordable. They set me up with Cintya as my instructor. She is punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and a very good teacher. She will go beyond to teach me and gave some useful tricks on the road. Oh i forgot to mention they have really nice car and CLEAN. I toke 4 lessons in total and on the weekend with NO practice because my husband is unavailable. With so much help from my instructor that I felt ready. I decided to take a driving test at the local concord DMV. I toke my last driving lesson before my driving test. I just cannot believe I passed !!!!!! I should wrote this post early to thank you Cyntia and how grateful I am. My life has been changed since then and I can drive every where I want with my 2 daughters to school, shopping, museums, restaurants, kids birthday party, water world etc...if you have a good instructor and eager to do so! You will reach your ultimate goal. Thank you Cyntia!

My son recently finished 4 "live days" (on site not on-line) of classes and 3 behind the wheel sessions to validate his permit. Here's our feedback: The classroom instructor Jack must be awesome. I can think of nothing more boring sounding than sitting in a classroom learning about rules of the road, etc (anyone else having traffic school flashbacks?). Our son went happily every day and commented on how great Jack was. FYI the Concord site has a cinder-block classroom, if it's cold out bring a jacket. Cintya was my son's behind the wheel instructor. She was punctual, upbeat and communicative. As a parent I really appreciated her feedback about which driving skills were going well and what needed to be worked on. Our son enjoyed her and learned allot.There was a minor bump in the road. Driversity was in the middle of a price change and we were mistakenly changed the new rate, a difference of $6. I contacted the office, and Rainy (the owner) called me herself to apologize and let me know that she was refunding the money. Over all we had a very good experience with Driversity and would use them again.

You get what you pay for. They are losing their best trainers to competitors and who's left are sketchy at best. To begin I am a person who have been scared to drive enormously. Every where I go I will take taxis and my husband will drive me if he can. My son recently finished 4 "live days" (on site not on-line) of classes and 3 behind the wheel sessions to validate his permit. Here's our feedback: The classroom instructor Jack must be awesome.
