Not at all satisfied, the instructor who showed up was not the same mentioned in the confirmation email, no communication about the change from the school, they canceled lessons and blamed it on us saying we canceled scheduled lessons which we never did, when I tried to call and explain to them that someone was canceling lessons without us asking for it, the person on the phone was extremely rude. We signed up our son thru Ace Driving which was very convenient. They were informative and they also taught the class at our sons high school.Our son liked the instructor because he talked about different driving experiences (including his own), wasn't monotone and had a very good sense of humor. Driver showed up 25 minutes prior to appointment and left 20 minutes prior to scheduled time with s "sorry we missed you note"!  Driver said appt was 6p vs scheduled time listed on website of 6:20p.  When you try to call, only ever get a voicemail so only communication thus far is email and voicemail...very frustrating when working with a busy schedule to have this type of disconnect. False info - if someone could tell me how to report this company to the DMV I would appreciate it. I will be reporting to the BBB.I went to their website, looked up information for traffic school and enrolled. They made me pay for it with NO indication that I would not be able to receive the service I paid for, through the whole process. I paid, and refreshed the site like I was instructed...lo and behold, NO traffic school course was scheduled for me to take. I called the telephone number on the scheduling page, got a young woman on the phone and was advised, like I was supposed to know, that they "don't offer traffic school". Well, then why did you take my money? She seemed confused. She said she would refund me the money, but then said she couldn't do it right away because the manager was not in the office until Monday. OK, so on Monday first thing I will be on the phone waiting for it to happen. What a waste of time. I don't understand how there are reviews here for traffic school when they say it hasn't been offered in more than a year. Beware this place. Read Less

I'm not understanding why ACE has such bad reviews. They're a bit more pricey than some of their competitors but, they're worth it in my opinion! I'm a 28 year old with a huge fear of driving. I had the pleasure of having both Rafael and Nelson as my driving instructors and I could not be more pleased! Both were extremely patient, great at calming nerves and walking you through things step by step. They never made me feel stupid or incompetent but they aren't afraid to push you or correct you. UNETHICAL! LIARS! TRYING TO RIP YOU OFF! I had seen the promotion on Groupon for $310 for 6hrs behind the wheel. I noticed their "original" fee was listed as $698!! After research of other driving schools I knew there was no way that could be true! I went on their website and fees were not listed anywhere which made me suspicious. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! 1st appointment: We we assured our daughter would not be alone in the car with a male, that was FALSE. 2nd appointment: we were assured a female instructor would be scheduled, which was NOT true, so we cancelled to reschedule and was charged because it was a last minute can cancellation.  We were told a note would be placed on her file and she will ONLY be scheduled with a female. 3rd AND LAST APPOINTMENT: My daughter scheduled her appointment, I called to confirm that it would be with a female and guess what? It was scheduled with a MALE! I called back to have this rescheduled and they tell me she's booked for the rest of the year. The OWNER Rafael DOES NOT RETURN CALLS.  Go to AAA instead. Bait and switch.For a minor to get a driver's license in California's, they need classroom instruction to get a permit plus behind the wheel practice. We called and were quoted a price of $125. We enrollled, and attended. It wasn't until after the first day that we were told behind the wheel practice was an ADDITIONAL $250. That's terrible customer service. I went to Ace Driving for a month and I got my licence already! The instructors are great because they're really calm and patient, and I get nervous so it helped me a lot. I think that will help other students from panicking too so I recommend Ace Driving School. The money is worth it! Read Less

I was going to give them at least a 4 star rating because so far the driving instructors have been so nice and friendly until this Man who sounds old was very rude on the phone (his name is Moses). He was very sarcastic and not accommodating on the phone at all. This was actually not the first time I spoke to him. I remembered talking to him the first time and I already got the impression that he was rude but I thought I'd give him another chance. My advice to you Moses is that you need to work on your customer service skills especially if your job is to answer the phone. Don't be Rude and Sarcastic! You need to be accommodating when people ask you a question. Be empathetic! To the owner or manager of this location, please counsel your employee with this kind of attitude. Read Less

Chose Ace to enroll my son in driving school. He took the in class Saturday classes and had an amazing experience. He passed his written test on the 1st try.  and when he had his driving classes all his instructors were very professional and on time. Great learning experience. I would highly recommend ACE Driving School. They helped me with drivers education classes. As well, as behind the wheel training. All the instructors are so incredibly helpful.
