My daughter just had her first driving class with A Top and while the driving instructor was really good, the lady running the office is completely inept. The front office is a total disaster zone and the lady was sitting there playing spades of something. Later after looking at our bank account, we realized she double charged us, so we called the business and spoke to the lady at the front desk who proceeded to tell me "there was nothing she could do because it's out in the magic airwaves now", that it was an issue they had had three times previously, and that it would just have to "correct itself". Upon calling the bank, we found out that the lady actually swiped our card two separate times within minutes of each other, so it was NOT a system error. When I spoke to the office lady, I was told I would get a call from the owner, and I am still waiting for that call so we can have A Top reverse the charges. I took the driver's course around 2001 or 2002 when I was a teenager.  It was probably the most influential advice I received as a teen driver just starting out.  Mr. Hutchison brings a law enforcement background to the class which is invaluable.  His course taught me very important considerations as a driver such as not trusting side mirrors and looking over your shoulder as you lane change.  I still employ these methods and have avoided freeway and city street accidents.  He shares stories about tragic and avoidable accidents that remind and instill in you that driving is a serious responsibility.
