My girlfriend planned her test out 3 weeks in advance. An already named associate has received 1 star ratings for poor attention skills decides that she can't wake up in time for our driving test. Not only did my girlfriend out of work for this , she had been planning it for 3 weeks!!
Hello. So many reasons not to go here:
1. No call a few days before the test or even the day before confirming appointment
2.only after we called did we receive a response saying : umm our car's brakes are worn and our associate has a hard time getting up in the morning appointments.
Everyone has life to deal with. Sure I've missed work too - but do not be in this business if you are unreliable. It is different calling out sick for a job than one where another person has their entire days/months plan put on hold depending upon you to be there. This establishment - despite being less expensive than others has shown to be unreliable. Hopefully you are reading these reviews clients before booking. And to management- i hope you are reading these reviews and taking them seriously to improve your poor poor customer service.

This driving school is local for us so that's a plus. We had Anna as the instructor for our daughter, and she was great! She has a good persona, very calm and great direction!We had Anna for my daughters three behind the wheel lessons, and used her for the test as well! I'm very pleased with her service and would select her again!

I actually have nit used them but still received great customer service. I called to ask if they did traffic school. no on answered and I did not leave a message. However the owner saw that I had called (caller ID) and returned my call. While they do not do traffic school she was kind enough ask what city I am in and to refer me to city hall!! Thank you nice lady!!

I still remember the driving instructor used her phone all the time if im not mistaken her name was Ana. Not paying attention to me. I almost hit a car while shes busy using her phone also on that entire class she went somewhere to buy lunch. Why i enrolled in this driving school in the first place. Its bec i wanted to learn how to drive safely. I really felt that i wasted my money enrolling in this school. Sorry to say this but everytime i think back on those day that is what it reminded me.

I sent my grand-daughter to this school. The driver on two of the 3 days had her run his errands and get himself food. He told her "you are ready, no problem"She failed three times, first time was her faultBut she was not ready, they didn't teach her anything she needed in order to past the driving test. No smooth lane changes, not how to determine she is behind lines she should be. To keep looking in her mirrors etc.SAD so much money and all i have is a crying grandchild

I liked my instructor Jason, he made me feel confident about driving and was laid back so it didn't really feel like I was being yelled at or lectured, so it made me feel relaxed and learned more that way. But that's the only good thing I can say about this school. Emily is very kind and all, but very unorganized and unprofessional. My last driving practice was canceled and rescheduled with another instructor who was rude, sarcastic, and discouraging. On the day of my test, they didn't even call to make sure I was renting their school car and we called a week and days prior to my exam and nobody was picking up. Why would the customer be held responsible for "double checking" if we're going to rent out the car or not? Are you kidding me? Next time, if someone tells you they'll rent out your car and told you several times when and what time their driving test is, YOU double check. We aren't responsible if we told you were renting it out and didn't say that we weren't going to, YOU check that. NOT US. Save your money, go to a school where they actually care if you pass or not.

Glenn and Anna are great driving instructors, and Ms. Emily is very helpful. They are patient and very understanding, perfect for beginners and nervous drivers. I highly recommend this school to anyone, ranging from beginning driver to seasoned driver who needs a refresher course.

Got my license about 3months ago and have to thank this awesome school. Not only did they help me prepare for the driving test they were very nice and understanding of my schedule. Jason was a great instructor and helped me with being a confident driver. Overall the experience was great and got the job done.

All three kids went to Emily's school (E&M) and all three passed the test the first time. One more kid to go who will definitely be going back to Emily. She makes sure that they LEARN and understand what will be on the test. And it is very reasonably priced - cheaper than other places around.

This place isn't worth the time. I had to call 4 times to finally get an answer. I said I was interested in booking a lesson and renting their car for the driving test, and the lady just said "aaaah.....
This place isn't worth the time. I had to call 4 times to finally get an answer. I said I was interested in booking a lesson and renting their car for the driving test, and the lady just said "aaaah....no." followed by silence. No explanation, nothing. When I finally said "Excuse me?" she just said "I only have 1 instructor. He doesnt live in Torrance, so no drivers tests."What's the point of having a driving school that advertises car rentals when you're only instructor doesnt want to do them?

He said the instructor told him to ask his dad to train him up and then get back with them . I said WHAT THE HELL! am I paying them $ 245 for driving lessons and they're asking me to do there job for them. This place is a scam ! Once you pay its non refundable.

My in laws own this place is this is a review for them when I took Driving School BEFORE I WAS MARRIED TO THEIR SON-- I am 26 now and took driving school with my mom in law when I was 17.Gotta say, Emily (mom) knows how to teach, she thoroughly breaks it down to a T and as for Jason Patricio he is definitely THE BEST BEHIND THE WHEEL DRIVING INSTRUCTOR!!!!

My daughter took Emily's course when she was first starting out and loved it. Now my son is ready to start driving and I am completely confident having him take the same course.

My girlfriend planned her test out 3 weeks in advance. An already named associate has received 1 star ratings for poor attention skills decides that she can't wake up in time for our driving test. Not only did my girlfriend out of work for this , she had been planning it for 3 weeks!!

I actually have nit used them but still received great customer service. I called to ask if they did traffic school. no on answered and I did not leave a message. However the owner saw that I had called (caller ID) and returned my call. While they do not do traffic school she was kind enough ask what city I am in and to refer me to city hall!! I still remember the driving instructor used her phone all the time if im not mistaken her name was Ana. Not paying attention to me. I almost hit a car while shes busy using her phone also on that entire class she went somewhere to buy lunch. Why i enrolled in this driving school in the first place. Its bec i wanted to learn how to drive safely. I really felt that i wasted my money enrolling in this school. Sorry to say this but everytime i think back on those day that is what it reminded me.

I liked my instructor Jason, he made me feel confident about driving and was laid back so it didn't really feel like I was being yelled at or lectured, so it made me feel relaxed and learned more that way. But that's the only good thing I can say about this school. Emily is very kind and all, but very unorganized and unprofessional.
