I have used this company since 2011 but will never use them again. They cannot confirm where you're in the process. The answer is they will send you an email when it's been process. I've called twice, sent and email and a fax. Do not use, unless you have weeks before you're due date because they don't meet their published deadlines. They are awful.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Price was more than double the amount they quoted, and it took them over a week to approve me for the course. Avoid this company if you can.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. When you don't get any satisfaction from their front-line reps, you're allegedly forwarded to a supervisor but wind up getting voicemail telling you to leave a message and they'll get back to you in 24 hours. But you never hear a thing from them!

Was unable to get past the second session because the site could keep track of where I was with its timer. You will spend hours trying to get through a 40 minute section. Avoid this site at all cost...

Ancient out of date videos! Pretty darn boring compared to the last time I took it. Some videos are pre cell phones..really? The couple Jesus Christ plugs are a bit much too. Pricing I was charge...
Ancient out of date videos! Pretty darn boring compared to the last time I took it. Some videos are pre cell phones..really? The couple Jesus Christ plugs are a bit much too. Pricing I was charged in end did NOT match what was promised initially. Rather misleading.

I have paid $47 for the course and got stuck during registration...after being bounced between 3 people who couldn't help me, i was promised a call back fro ma supervisor.. 5 days later still no call ...
I have paid $47 for the course and got stuck during registration...after being bounced between 3 people who couldn't help me, i was promised a call back fro ma supervisor.. 5 days later still no call or resolution. Tried calling again and gave up after 30 min on hold

I completed the online course (which I would recommend the course to others) and when I called the customer service, they answered me quickly without being on hold to long and gave me a satisfactory answer to my question. After completing the course I received my certificate two days later (after paying for shipping) with no troubles. Overall I have no quarrels with my experience or the agency.
