Extraordinarily untrustworthy, basically a scam. Overpriced and very poorly done, the actual courses have no actual timer, and will timeout if you leave them open too long.

Extraordinarily untrustworthy, basically a scam. Overpriced and very poorly done, the actual courses have no actual timer, and will timeout if you leave them open too long.
Basically it's pretty much impossible to get a full 8 hours for a course since your program will timeout before it's over.
Tried getting a refund, have called them multiple times and they still say it's processing. 80$ off to some sketch site which is supposedly going to give me my money back.
Do not purchase from this site under any circumstances.

SCAM ALERT! I purchased a Yelp voucher for this traffic school, but couldn't redeem it on their website. Instead, the site wanted my credit card info which I thought it needed to verify the Yelp redemption code. However, when I provided my CC the school billed me a second time. Upon contacting the business, they gave me the run around, but eventually agreed to refund what they charged my CC. Of course, they never went through with it.I contacted Yelp and got a refund on the voucher and successfully disputed the charge on my credit card. Beware of this traffic school.

so easy and simple. super cheap too. if you click like your exiting the website, a pop up will give you a $10 off coupon. took and passed entire course in 2 hours. I briefly scanned through the chapte...
so easy and simple. super cheap too. if you click like your exiting the website, a pop up will give you a $10 off coupon. took and passed entire course in 2 hours. I briefly scanned through the chapters and used the "find" function to find the answers to questions I didnt know off the top of my head. Final is 25 questions and you are given 60mins to complete. you must pass with 18/25. took me 15 mins to complete and received 24/25. TAKE YOUR COURSE HERE!!!!!

Today was my last minute desperation to find an internet traffic school, so I can complete the course and pass the exam and electronically deliver certification by tomorrow. While going over the approved traffic school list from Ventura County, I also make an effort to research which internet school to avoid due to slow response or tedious lessons. I found TrafficSchool but also came across this one and decided to look into it. Surprising to me, it has the 24/7 support service. This was on Sunday when I desperately needed to understand how it works for Ventura County, because this county court requires that prior to taking your final exam online, you must verify your identity online (with additional fee $5) or in-person with a Notary Public. I choose to go with online identification, it was quite easy, just answer a few very simple questions regarding your own credit report info.The course itself requires you to read five chapters. You must answer 3 questions at end of each chapter to proceed to next chapter, with many retries if you prefer, not stress at all. It took me 2.5 hours to read them, and then take my own sweet time (1.5 hours) to take the final exam, which is open book. Anyhow, you have three hours to complete the exam. The five chapters online course is also available to you for your open book during final exam. If you know how to use a computer to perform "Copy/Paste/Find", you will have no problem finding the answer to pass the 80% minimum score (32 out of 40).Cost: military/student/senior receive special discount. If you don't fall into one of these category, just ask the 24/7 operator for a discount. Conclusion: I have an awesome and stress-free time at Ventura County Online Traffic School -- venturacountydriver.comHave fun!!!
