I called to set up a driving package for my mom who only speaks Spanish. I specifically told the owner to only send a Spanish speaker instructor. He promised he would. The day of the class a Hispanic instructor showed up. The owner assumed she spoke Spanish because of her background. The person did not speak any Spanish and my mom was not able to receive any lesson for the day. I called the business number (a Google phone number) and the owner did not answered. I had decided not to complain anymore and I was already looking for other options for my mom. However, the next morning I received the following text from the owner at 6am in my personal cellphone: "Hi, Can you tell me what happens with your appointment yesterday? our instructor lost 2hrs of your time. And how about your next lessons? do you want to keep or cancel them?". At that point I was upset. First, he did not respect his customers enough to wait until 8am to contact me. Second, he did not seem to have a good employer-employee relationship because obviously he did not ask his employee about the situation, third, he assumes that just because a person looks a certain way, he or she is able to speak a certain language. It's just like if I would have assumed that because he sounded "Asian" on the phone, he could speak Japanese, or Korean, or Mandarin. So after I told him all of that he responded: "So sorry for the confusion. We forgot you requested Spanish speaking instructor. Sent the wrong one. Didn't write down". Well, Mr. Brian Lee, next time you might want to learn some business etiquette before you continue running your business. Read Less

I had driving lessons around a month back and almost forgot to write a review.  Keeping it short and simple, Scott and Brian are great teachers.  Scott is good with new students while Brian with the experienced.  They both helped me pass my driving test and I am so glad I took lessons from this school!  The website did freak me out in the beginning since it wasn't what I expected but I was able to make appointments just fine and calling them for help is also an option. I'd just like to say that Scott was a great teacher in helping me know all the necessary things needed for the driving test. I passed my license test on the first try, and helped me not only to pass, but to be comfortable with driving! You could tell he really cares about the student's safety, and taught me to really look around my surroundings and the traffic while I drive, tips and skills about the road and how to deal with other people, and was generally a really caring teacher. I didn't think I would receive so much from just four hours of lesson, but I was wrong because I learned so many new skills and things I needed to be aware of while driving. He corrected me gently whenever I would make mistakes, so I wouldn't get nervous, and thus I was able to drive relaxed. I've gone to a different driving school before and it wasn't good. I went on a hunt searching for a different school and I found this one. I was skeptical but when I booked my first appointment I was really satisfied that I got the 10 hour + taken to the DMV to use their car. They have the best deals compared to all the other schools. Brian is an amazing instructor. I also got a chance to drive with Scott on the day of my driving test appointment. He was very knowledgeable any question I asked concerning the driving test he answered. I was very nervous but he reassured me I'd do great and in the end I passed with flying colors. Brian even checked to see how I did. I'm very thankful I chose this place. The service was great, instructors very knowledgeable & friendly, price was worth every penny, and appointments were flexible ! I work graveyard so my schedule is all over the place and they manage to work with me! :) All in all I highly recommend this place! I took both my online class and my behind the wheel lessons from Hi Driving School and they both helped me immensely! Shout out to Scott for helping me right before the actual test and giving me tips on what to watch out for on the test, as well as entertaining me with stories about his past students. He was super fun to drive with and clearly very knowledgeable about driving. I had already taken my required hours of driving class before my last lesson with him, so I figured I'd gotten all the rules down, but I still learned something new from him. Because of Scott's help, I passed my driving test first try! He was also super nice when I left my permit in the school's car and he had to return to it me, so Scott, thanks again for that! I took my driving test today and very happy I passed on my first try.  Thanks so much to Brian who was so kind and very patient in teaching me all the driving skills.  I only practiced for about 4 hours with him and I already learned a lot.  He made me feel comfortable and relax every time I was on the driver's seat. He pointed out my mistakes and made me learned from them and praised me when I did good. Training was really intense and tough though, just like becoming a soldier/warrior (thats how he'd always say it). That's why I am grateful to have Brian as my instructor because for just a short period of time, he helped me to become a good driver and in the end, even better.Kudos to Hi driving school.  You guys are really doing a great job.  From scheduling until the day of the driving test, everything was excellent. Brian, he's the real homie G. Great guy. Training was not easy but the harder the better. You get more practice out of his lessons plus you get practice on the freeway at this school; other schools do not teach you how to drive the freeway. I've finished my driving classes here with hi driving school. I enjoyed every minute of it only because Scotts teaching was so amazing. I didn't bother to start driving until I just turned 21 because my fear of driving. But Scott helped me so much with his skills and advice that driviny has became so easy to deal with. He is very patient and works with you very well. He helps in any way he can and does listen to you and treat you like a student not a child. He is very professional and has helped me got my license. I had a great learning experience in HI driving school. My instructor was Brian and he did a really good job in teaching me techniques and how to's when on the road. I had five lessons with him and I was able to drive all over including the free way! This is the first school I went to for my driving lesson. And I'm so glad that I did. I passed my test today and I feel really confident with my driving skill right now. I can probably get a car and drive onto the street with no fear at all. Luckily I got Bryan my only instructor, he is responsible and proffesional. This school deserves more attention. Hi Driving School is an amazing school for me to learn how to dive safely where I met great instructors as Brian Scott. They are very helpful and patient. Specially, Brian, he is very good with driving skills. He taught me how to understand and follow the rules for driving safely. He helped me correct my mistakes for I could do well on my driving test. I'm glad I found this driving school. It's cheap and has a great instructor! Brian is really patient and teaches you everything you need to know for your driving test.It ended up raining pretty hard all throughout my test (Sept. 15), but thanks to my training I felt completely comfortable and I passed with zero errors. I'm so happy that I have my license!I got 8 hours of training (which included driving on the freeway) and the DMV drive test bundle, so I got to use the car I practiced on during my lessons.
