DO not use ...All I can say is that this online school is very unprofessional, zero customer service, after you hit the pay button on the website and pay the fees customer service is non existent and they don't really care! Apologizes are not always enough ... it s a weak way to do nothing and pretend you are helping right? We have ordered my 15 year old daughter's driving certificate with plenty of time so she could make it to her writing exam permit appointment at the DMD. Unfortunately the certificate has not arrived and still no where to be found. When we called to get an update we were first told that it was our fault and we had the wrong address... Of course this was not accurate. After having to dig through all my emails and prove we had the right address registered we spoke to a second person the school Director Norma that told us the only thing she could help with was to make us pay the $20 to rush another certificate, and that she was "sorry." Of course that doesn't make sense either why should we be penalized when we have taken the necessary steps from the beginning?? Norma admitted that they use a 3rd party to handle their sensitive business  so they have no control of the time when you get the certificate. Shame on me for not paying the extra fee... She issued another certificate via regular mail so we have to reschedule the initial DMD appointment because now it will NOT get here on time...As you can imagine my daughter is extremely disappointed she had to reschedule her DMD appointment 3 weeks out and it's really challenged my work schedule to accommodate her now. I would not recommend this business just for the fact they have no customer service. I was not allowed to communicate at all  with the owner of the school. I was told  her name is Shannon. I hope Shannon reads this review and addresses this lack of service with her director Norma.  We ALL know there are many options as far as online driving school programs and considering this one only has 2 reviews I don't think they can afford even 1 bad one!
