Disrespectful and rude staff. I catch a family owned feeling from this place in the worst way. My family member had taken the online course this "establishment" provides. Theres proof of completion and receipts for the course. The owner (who you may see respond to these posts in a immature childish manor)Rainey Robinson will not report the completion to the DMV. Mind you things like this affect your driving record and insurance payments. The owner and receptionist are rude and unprofessional. They're not about customer service or their reputation either. Try talking to them and read the other reviews. Don't come here. Don't waste your time or money. Or sanity....This place is partnered with the DMV and i cannot understand why.

If I give zero stars, I would. They need to hire a new receptionist ASAP. The way she answered was extremely unprofessional. Usually, one would say, "Thank you for calling blah blah, my name is blah blah." Instead, all I got was a very rude sounding, "Driversity." She sounded like she did not want to work there at all. First impressions are very important. I was not impressed. She was also very rude on the phone. Because of this rude encounter and bad first impression, I will never go back to this company and I will be sure to let my everyone I know who is seeking a lesson to NOT go here

as a teen who has never driven before, this was not a first experience. i was seeking help for this is a lesson. instead, all i got were a bunch of head shaking, extremely rude sarcasm, and no advice whatsoever. the instructor i got was named Kim. whenever i would mess up she would always shake her head and would not give me feedback. she truly made me feel stupid and definitely did not motivate me or help me to do better. driversity's slogan is that they "build you up for success," but all they did was lower my self esteem and make me feel lost. these instructors should be understanding and realize that some of their students have never even driven before! obviously we would be confused. rolling your eyes and shaking your heads will not help us get better! an acquaintance of mine just had a lesson with kim and she even went on to tell my acquaintance all the things she did not like about me. she even said my name which is extremely unprofessional. would you really want a teacher who talks bad about you to her other students? i did complain about this by making a call and i was told, "we get your situation but don't take this in the wrong way but we don't want to make our co workers look bad so we can't justify that" the receptionist even called me a liar to another fellow acquaintance who rescheduled her appointments (the receptionist used my full name as well) when i asked for the receptionists name, she hung up. this company is extremely unprofessional and quite trashy.

Yes, I hijacked my husbands yelp account to post this review. This review is for the parents like myself who read these reviews more than once trying to request the right company and more importantly the right driving instructor.I was very pleased with our experience here and would recommend them in a heart beat. My son attended the in class education. It went well and I believe he learned more actually attending the class vs online. Skip to almost a year later when I called their office to set up the behind the wheel training (We purchased a all in one package) I thought I would have some trouble having them find our info/proof of payment since so much time had past and I did it online. The woman I spoke with (Kay) was so friendly and helpful. I had no problems at all. She took the time to not only schedule our training but explain things to me, she was quite knowledgeable. Clearly this is not the same employee that yelpers are referring to. Driversity, if you are reading this she's a keeper. I had a lot of questions about the trainers. Not only do you hear/read the the horror stories but I had my own with a company known as Safest___y. We didn't want our son to be yelled at/berated as I was so many years ago. Skip to training1st lesson my son had was with Rolando. I liked that we recieved text and email reminders days before each session. My son was picked up that morning and I sat for hours nervous and stressed. When get got home 2 hrs later he was thrilled and extremely proud. Apparently his instructor was very calm (unlike his parents) and gave him some good tips and encouragement. AWESOME A+ instructor2nd and 3rd sessionsMs. Keisha....She was very knowledgeable. My son really liked her and had only positive things to say. She answered all of his questions and allowed him to work on things that he felt he needed more help on. Which means she actually listens to the students. He said she was always very friendly and patient with him.Another AWESOME instructor.Sorry this is such a long review. I paid for a couple lessons for my daughter recently and I was overall pleased. They come to your home to pick up the student. My daughter had the same instructor each time. An older gentleman who was friendly. She did say he was nice overall and her second time out on the road was better than the first. They took her on the freeway the first lesson so that was good! She didn't have much driving experience until driving with them so I was nervous but all went well and I definitely think it helped her confidence. Lessons are costly but I think most of these places are based on my research. I will say sometimes when I called to set an appointment or pay the lady on the phone was sometimes rude as all hell.. cheer up why don't ya!? Overall I recommend!

Please put somebody else, first impressions and positive welcoming tone of voice are very important for a business. Im searching for another driving school for sure.

I would NOT RECOMMEND this company. Instructor assigned for my daughter had a very bad attitude during the whole process of teaching. She even said that she couldn't wait till the lesson is over so she could see her cats. Wow, is this what I paid for my daughter to experience as a first time driver? I hope you train your teachers to be more positive and encouraging. I feel for the students who are nervous to begin with and still not receive the proper treatment and training they deserve!

Thank you Morgan! Great instruction. My 16 year old did her mandatory 6 hrs of behind the wheel driver training, 4 1.5 hr sessions with Morgan. Today she got her DL. Process was easy to sign up for convenient times. You can clearly see online which instructors are available and what days times. Additionally whenever I had questions during the process I always got a timely and comprehensive response. East county I highly recommend Driversity.

I had an amazing experience with Driversity. I learned so much from the Drivers Ed program. I did the online classes and I found them extremely informative, well-structured, and easy to understand. I passed my permit test on the first try thanks to this program. I also did my driving lessons with Dave Robinson, the owner. He was a phenomenal instructor. I learned so much from his comments and from all his help. I also passed my driving test on the first try. I would highly recommend this driving school to everyone. Without Dave's instruction and this driving school, I would not be the incident-free driver I am today (knock on wood). If I could give it ten stars I would!

Incredibly rude over the phone. Tried to book two hours worth of driving lessons, first they said yes, when I said I came from a different area they suddenly didn't have any available appointments. Incredibly arrogant and rude. Stay clear of this school.

Worst service ever. Had an appointment scheduled and the trainer never showed up. Called them and they told me that they would find the whereabouts of the driver and call me. No one ever called. save yourself the trouble and find someone else. There are plenty of trainers out there.

If I could I would have given Driversity Driving School a -0. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude. When I asked her questions about my son's appointment and lessons she got frustrated and she called me a B**** and hung up.My personal opinion is this place is not a professional establishment.

To begin I am a person who have been scared to drive enormously. Every where I go I will take taxis and my husband will drive me if he can. Literally, I know nothing about driving for a middle age woman. I decided to contact Diversity Driving School. The price is reasonable/affordable. They set me up with Cintya as my instructor. She is punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and a very good teacher. She will go beyond to teach me and gave some useful tricks on the road. Oh i forgot to mention they have really nice car and CLEAN. I toke 4 lessons in total and on the weekend with NO practice because my husband is unavailable. With so much help from my instructor that I felt ready. I decided to take a driving test at the local concord DMV. I toke my last driving lesson before my driving test. I just cannot believe I passed !!!!!! I should wrote this post early to thank you Cyntia and how grateful I am. My life has been changed since then and I can drive every where I want with my 2 daughters to school, shopping, museums, restaurants, kids birthday party, water world etc...if you have a good instructor and eager to do so! You will reach your ultimate goal. Thank you Cyntia!

I would NOT RECOMMEND this company. Instructor assigned for my daughter had a very bad attitude during the whole process of teaching. She even said that she couldn't wait till the lesson is over so she could see her cats. Wow, is this what I paid for my daughter to experience as a first time driver? Thank you Morgan! Great instruction. My 16 year old did her mandatory 6 hrs of behind the wheel driver training, 4 1.5 hr sessions with Morgan. Today she got her DL. Process was easy to sign up for convenient times. You can clearly see online which instructors are available and what days times. I had an amazing experience with Driversity. I learned so much from the Drivers Ed program. I did the online classes and I found them extremely informative, well-structured, and easy to understand. I passed my permit test on the first try thanks to this program. I also did my driving lessons with Dave Robinson, the owner. He was a phenomenal instructor. I learned so much from his comments and from all his help. I also passed my driving test on the first try. I would highly recommend this driving school to everyone. Without Dave's instruction and this driving school, I would not be the incident-free driver I am today (knock on wood). If I could give it ten stars I would!

To begin I am a person who have been scared to drive enormously. Every where I go I will take taxis and my husband will drive me if he can. Literally, I know nothing about driving for a middle age woman. I decided to contact Diversity Driving School. The price is reasonable/affordable. They set me up with Cintya as my instructor.
