I highly recommend Stop and Go Driving School. I purchased their Gold package with the permit class. I took the class on a Saturday with Faye and I aced my permit test at the DMV a few days later. I called the school to get set-up in their system so I could schedule my drives. It was super easy. I chose what would fit into my life and ended up with 3 different instructors, I was a little nervous about that but they were all great. I drove with Alan Killmer, Phil, and Peter Fell. If I were Alan I would have been hyperventilating since he had me on my first ever drive but he was very patient, he took me out on some back roads for the most part and then we practiced parking. Alan was quiet but instructive. My second drive was a night drive and Phil just took me right out onto main roads. I had a blast and I felt at ease the whole time. He is a great conversationalist and I think that definitely helped keep me calm and focused. I drove with Peter for my last 3 drives. Alan and Phil got me comfortable with the idea of being on the road and Peter set me up for success as a driver by teaching me the rest of what I needed to know. I went from being a nervous wreck newbie to feeling calm and confident behind the wheel. I'm a 26 year old mother of 7 children and I definitely feel this was worth the investment. I'm very proud of myself for taking the jump. Thank you Faye, Alan, Phil and Peter for getting me on the road and teaching me this valuable life skill. I did the driver's instruction for student drivers. First, let me say that I'm an aspie and was a little apprehensive about going because of my anxieties. I had two different instructors; the first was very sarcastic and I had trouble telling when he was serious and when he was joking, while the second was easier going and not sarcastic in the least. Both had different teaching styles, and had different methods of getting me to do things. Personally, I found the second instructor's methods easier to perform because of the way he taught it.Whether you're a teenager looking for someone to take you out and teach you, or someone older who didn't learn to drive as a teenager, this is a good place for you to get it done. The teachers are amazing and compassionate, and the schedulers are pretty straightforward with what you'll need. Read Less

If you have to go to Traffic Survival School (and I hope you don't ) after a traffic violation, this is the place. Mark Campbell is personable and engaging instructor;  he doesn't single anyone out as an example of driving badness, and he's entertaining. Read Less
