Been here a few times. Some of the employee's there are friendly. Today's experience made me not want to come back. We were greeted by a nice lady who then sent us to booth 5. Might I suggest you teach these young girls people skills. First off when we went over to her, she didn't greet us. Then proceeded to do her paperwork rather than stop and help us. She then told us we had to wait. Waited a while, then she interrupted our conversation about salvaged vehicles and how we can't transfer a title. Until she finally looked at our title did she then correct herself. Then she informed is that there is an additional fee for their services. I was aware of this but when you get the feeling that you're inconveniencing the employee who is there to help you, we decided to go to the DMV. Customer Service and communication skills should be a qualification to work there. Read Less

All the waiting of the DMV with easily TWICE the hassle. The people will go the extra mile to do as little as possible. Simple title change required me to bring them all the paperwork AND the vehicle only to find that because the ignorant staff could not read a vin on an older car I got the pleasure of getting the run around. At least when you go to the DMV they actually get things done. Steer clear.... Read Less

Tried to reschedule a class that I had not gone to get 6 days prior and was told that there would be no fee in doing so and that they would call me at a later time to give me options as to what day would be possible to do so. Within the next 6 days I did not receive a call at all and I went there myself only to find out yes in fact there is a fee to do so I only wish that they were honest and professional when it came to fees and scheduling. The driving instructor Roy is an amazing teacher when it comes to driving lessons. TLDR: Don't trust anything over the phone with them do everything in person at their location. Read Less

Went in for my out of state DL, paid $52 for it, but when received it in the mail it was the "not for federal identification" ID. When I went in with my receipt to see what happen, they basically told me I could go to the DMV to and pay $25 for a new federal DL. I should have asked specifically for the federal ID. Yet there federal ID is $52 and the non-fed a discounted price. So obviously I should get the Federal ID. Luckily I have a passport, because I'm booked to get on a flight in two days. Im sure they just pocketed the extra money. Poor business conduct. Should have replaced it for me or refunded me money. Will never use them again for any of my vehicle needs or recommend to anyone. I agree with what other reviewers said...total scam. Read Less

I was there just half hour ago to tranfer a car title for a car I sold to a friend of mine and get a plate and Roxanne she was the one suppose to help me, and instead helping me she gave me a bad attitude and told me to kind of shut up, because I was told her I want to use another car plate credit towards this one and its same owner, so should be no problem because its SAME OWNER. Roxanne need to have a customer service despite she been there along time that doesn't mean she can be mean to the customers. Without a customers a business don't exist. I will take my business to a different place. I am car dealer by the way, so I do this a lot. Read Less

Scam Artists.I bought a new vehicle in August and my pervious car had a University of Arizona themed specialty plate. The MVD charges $12 to simply switch the plate over, but their hours are not conducive my non-traditional work schedule. I called Academy of Driving Motor Vehicle Center (ADMVC) and ADMVC asserts that their cost is $54. I understand that this is a third-party service, however pick your battles! Ask yourself, would you rather pay the high cost and use ADMVC services, or just plan in advance, take time off work, and head to the MVD. Hopefully it is registering in your mind that the latter is the best option.What a scam!! Read Less

Don't waste your money taking the driver's test here or anything else for the matter. It's a business that just wants your money. Wasn't very fast either there for a little over 2 hours. When starting the test she rushed though the instructions and answered my questions with what do you think like answers like it was obvious. Failed me and was told I had to pay another fee to do it again. To be honest, I would have been better off going to the DMV. Better customer service at the DMV than here so the should say enough. Unprofessional!My husband requested a notary, and we were directed to a desk. After witnessing my husband sign the title, the employee advised she only had a limited, in-state notary stamp, good only in Arizona. I voiced concerns about it being too limited for a potential buyer, so she asked her co-worker to go look for her real notary stamp. She was shamelessly lazy, explaining she didn't want to keep track of it and would let it expire rather than, oh, I don't know - be what she is representing herself to be - a legal notary! She even had the audacity to tell us that if we needed her to redo it with her nationally recognized stamp (if she found it), we'd have to purchase a new title for $25 to do so! I thought we were being punked. Luckily, a more motivated employee found the notary stamp we paid for. Ridiculous.Go elsewhere! Read Less

I used this outfit several times to get my kids some driving instruction (good for insurance discounts and peace of mind). They were both experienced prior to attending the course, so they breezed through. The facilities are adequate (class was at a hotel) and the staff was friendly. The value is that they provide classroom instruction with elements I can't myself, and same with the actual driving. It was convenient for me, both kids were genuinely impressed and neither has had an accident after several years. I would certainly recommend them. Read Less

This Driving School is dishonest. I signed my child up for driving lessons. I then had to reschedule one of the lessons. The rescheduling took place over the phone. I was told it was to be rescheduled on a Sunday. When I sent my kid to the lesson we were told that the lesson had been missed because it was scheduled for Saturday. I called their office to reschedule again, and they attempted to extort another 120$ out of me in order to schedule the lesson. Bad actors, beware of this business....... Read Less
