Parents Beware! The school offers instruction, but the onus is on the parents to prepare the student for the driving test. We purchased the D.R.I.V.E Certification Test package which is the best package they offer for teens. The instructor that tested our son is Maggie Shelton, who I learned later on is also the manager. She was cold, condescending, and downright rude, not even offering her hand for a handshake. To be clear: I'm not posting this negative review because she failed our son. As a parent, I certainly don't want our son getting a driver's license if he's not safe to drive.I'm posting this review for three reasons:1. The expectation on the part of the school, that a student should have 80-100 hours of "driving experience" prior to the test. So the kid is expected to get majority of the driving experience and instruction by the parents, not by professional driving instructors (less than 10% of his time behind the wheel is with a qualified instructor). Having our son taught by professional instructors was the reason I signed him up for this school in the first place.2. My wife believed our son had been recommended for the test, however, as the instructor who gave him the test pointed out, she had a document, in writing, showing that he was NOT recommended for a driving test (with two exclamation marks) by his instructor. Maggie actually showed me this document during the debrief. So if he wasn't recommended for a driving test, and in fact had a recommendation against him taking the driving test, why did Maggie give him the driving test in the first place?3. Maggie said she's never passed a student with less than 80 hours driving experience. Our son had 60. Again, why did she allow him to take the test? With 100 hours experience behind the wheel, why bother taking your kid to this school anyway? You've done all the instructing yourself! You're better off taking him to the MVD and letting him get his license from there and spare your child the 1 3/4 hour driving test torture. Read Less
