Unfortunately being in this predicament is not one anyone wants to be in. However, I must state that from the on set of dealing with this school/company, I felt very comfortable. Actually the ladies that I spoke with on several times since I have a tendency to be a little "OCD". I called several times. They were so extremely patient with me knowing that I was very nervous never having been in this situation and it was like they were so empathetic to my situation. In return for their incredible professional assistance I would definitely recommend their school to anyone who would ever be in the same situation as myself. By far their are amazing people. Ugh where do I start. First off, I never even made it to the class because every time I call to ask a question about my booking, I speak to a Susan and she catches an attitude immediately upon answering the phone. It got to the point where I've had to just request a higher up Linda because I couldn't get what I needed accomplished. I doubt they really plan on calling me back because of course Susan is relaying the message. This woman has no active listening skills, no soft skills, probably no man (which explains why she is so uptight) and no sense of kindness at all. If this is a call center, then it is "absolutely just my luck" that I get her on the phone for both encounters. Its sad because I've never even been to this facility, but I know I do not have time for people to get rude over something I've paid for. If you don't like your job, change it. If you are not a people person, DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. Personally, coming from someone that has worked in multiple call centers, this woman and possibly this facility is doing their schedulers a disservice.
