I (Michael) have completed the (BRC) Basic Riders Course) and received my motorcycle endorsement certification with rider coaches John and Larry. Our group had riders that already have their motorcycles licenses and others that have never ridden at street bike. The first day of getting comfortable with the bike was great and they both were great at giving advice on how to complete the required objectives throughout both days of class and on course coaching. If all of Team Arizona's rider coaches are this good at making both experienced riders and someone that has never ridden a bike feel comfortable on 2 wheels then I can highly recommend TEAM Arizona Motorcycle Training to everyone. I don't ever do reviews. But this is one I must do one on. The instructor (Jim Barnett) at Gilbert location was outstanding and made the training fun to do and feel like it was a one on one session with you when there was clearly more riders. The facility was also up to par and the bikes they provided was in great shape for riding and training on. I'd recommend for anyone who wants some training on things they want to improve on or just get higher level training. I just completed my Basic Rider Class @TEAM Arizona Motorcycle Training and it was awesome. I'm 61 years young and I recently purchased a scooter and wanted to learn how to ride it correctly so I decided to take this class. Once I got there I decided to learn how to ride a regular motorcycle, so I would have the knowledge. I'd always wanted to learn. Well I did pass but it wasn't easy. They kept me encouraged throughout the classes. The written test was a breeze but the actu...al motorcycle riding test was physically and mentally taxing. Jim, Ryan and Sean were encouraging and very supportive throughout the 2 days of classes. I'm so glad to have taken this class. I took Advanced Rider techniques, both Lee Parks classes, two track days, and I sent my gal there to get her BRC. My experiences were amazing. I had fantastic instructors (Morton, Tealdo, and Bill) that answered questions well, demonstrated everything they were asking us to do in easy-to-follow, clear step-like manner...and my improvement has been monumental! Team Arizona instructors have all the patience in the world for a beginner rider like me. Matty and John were awesome-sauce instructors. Nick was an awesome-sauce one-on-one rider coach when I just needed to get the basics down. If you want this bad enough- they will work with you and get you there. I still have some stuff to work on with my own Honda Rebel but I plan on returning later on to take additional courses. This place is so awesome!! I haven't so much as ridden a dirt bike or manual shift on a car and all the instructors were encouraging and very knowledgeable. They take you through everything step by step and they do everything in their power to make sure you succeed and pass the tests to get your license. From the time I met Nick who introduced me to the course, during the time I registered in the office, right until the time I left with my endorsement, the Team Arizona staff was absolutely phenomenal. Andrea Johnson and Eric Day were absolutely stellar Rider coaches, enabling me and my wife, who never rode before, to be competent riders and very comfortable handing a motorcycle in only two days. ...They were great instructors who took the time to teach us how to correctly handle a motorcycle as well as safety. I also like the fact that the course was not easy --- both coaches made darn sure that we earned our endorsement as safety is crucial and incompetence on the motorcycle can have dire consequences. Other than the past month, I have not rode a bike in over 20 years so I took the basic motorcycle rider course Apr 8th and 9th. Took the basic riders course this past weekend, March 4-5th. Classroom instructor Randy Stem was awesome taking time to go through all the materials and explaining how it translated into the riding, course instructors Larry and Eric were fun and very good with coaching and after a few adjustments I was breezing through and getting the exercises with ease. What a fantastic life changing experience. I took this course with my 20 year old son in June 2015. I've only been a passenger on a street bike. This course was very informational on riding and on safety. Their love for riding showed throughout the course. I'm a female, 50 years old and made the best decision of my life! I rode dirt bike for years, but had very little experience on the street. I thought most of that experience would apply, but was I surprised. The “coach” was excellent at showing me what I need to change to stay upright on the street, as well as how to stay safe. Hi it's Sean with Rusty Creeds Allstate Office. I completed the basic rider course about 1 month ago. I was on an older bike for a few weeks and studying more riding material every day. Unfortunately that bike had multiple problems so I decided to purchase a newer bike. I have had the bike for a little over a week. In the short time I have been riding I am very happy to say two things about Team AZ and the benefits of continued motorcycle education. First the training itself was amazing, efficient, fun, and above all effective. It saved me from the high side when I found my newbie self in a rear tire lock. I rode it to a stop as I was taught at Team AZ. Secondly I am proud to say the TEAM AZ training on look, lean, roll with an emphasis on good throttle control, I have officially scraped my first peg! I have also completed over 700 miles of riding within the last week, with a grand total of over 2300 miles already logged riding in my first month.
