Parents - please do not be swayed by the glowing reviews of this school, I'm a real mom who brought my oldest son here after doing what I thought was thorough online research.  In reality, they were utterly unprofessional, unorganized, and waste of a lot of money while simultaneously working under the delusion that they are the best in town.  I won't be returning with my other children.  Go somewhere else. Customer service is basically nonexistant and driver instructors are extremely rude! No one answers the phone or is actually there at the front desk, there is no sign indicting when they'll be back. I took a test about a year ago, the man was extremely rude and I told him I had anxiety and he said some rude remarks at the end. Also less than a year ago I witnessed a student driver turn into a ditch on dimond, I called the office to tell them about the incident and no one picked up the phone. I contacted the police and told them where I saw the incident since they had the company logo on the car. Go else where this business is not managed correctly. Read Less

I originally scheduled my appointment for 1030, I did this last Friday the 14th of April. Butch the owner informed me to email him to confirm my appointment. When I did he forwarded me another customers private email and a response that didn't even come close to answering the confirmation. When I reminded him why I was emailing him he told me I would have to do it at 1100 instead because he was already booked for 1030. Being in a hurry I complied and showed up a little early to the test. Butch did everything to fail my vehicle and try to force me into his company car for 50 dollar upcharge. I kept refusing and Decided to go to the DMV to get the required paperwork. Once I had all the paperwork he still persisted that I would have to use his vehicle and take the upcharge, saying things like "id be more comfortable in the company car". This man is a fraud and his company is crap. I would rather spend 10 times as much and take my driving test in a horse drawn carriage then ever deal with this man or his shady company again. After the encounter I demanded a refund which at first he didn't want to give me since the equipment failure constituted the test, and once he finally agreed to give me back my money he had to have one of his employees teach him how to use his own system to offer me a refund. Take the time or the waitlist and go somewhere else because this is not worth the hassle. Read Less
