AVOID AVOID AVOID Booked a Fast Pass course for my son as he needed to pass quickly, only one tutor in our LE area (newly qualified... no experience)! Never got a fast pass intensive course, tutor would only book lessons at time to suit himself, after lesson three said son was ready for test (he wasn't!!) rang to complain after tutor left student in car whilst he went into a newsagents to buy cigarettes, got a vague apology after he told them he couldn't remember doing this! Rang to complain after tutor consistently ignored sons calls and text and said i wanted a refund as he never got the intensive course we paid for was told they would only refund remaining hours! we had been constantly asking for an intensive course and were told tutor didnt have the time with his other students!! so having booked in feb now june and he still not passed! Wasnt very happy with this company. paid in advance in january, no instructors were available until the beginning of march. had a lovely instructor but only had 2 lessons from then until now (30april) as he has opened a new business, and when i called to ask for one with more time they told me that there wasnt one and gave me a refund. I feel this was a complete waste of my time and that they should not be taking money from clients unless they have available instructors. Read Less
