PLEASE COMMENT! RED Driving school is a rip off and scam! THEY CANCEL APPOINTMENTS AND MAKE YOU PAY! PLEASE COMMENT IF YOU HAVE HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCES! THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUNG PEOPLE. they told me that i could come to lesson with out dvla code and that it would take ten minutes out of the lesson to sort with the drive. the driver could not do it. he called the wrong number, we were on hold for ten minutes, finally got another number which did not help. i offered to use my phone and to get code on my computer in the house, he said he would take care of it. 35 minutes into the lesson, sitting and waiting in the car, he said he could not see us driving that day. i called Red, immediately they said it was my fault and that i would get no refund. i made a complaint and got a call back three days later. I was told it was my fault and i would not get any of my money back. They still have not refunded the card! the people on the phone were rude, from lucy who immediately dismissed me to tanya nevile, in management who rejected any reason for a refund. they rip people off and treat them with no respect. i could see how they treat young people very badly.
