Booked my first ever 'free' driving lesson for 12pm a few days in advance on the phone, where I was directed through a call centre. Received no confirmation of my driving instructor, poor customer service, didn't seem to be bothered enough to spell my name correctly, the incorrect name was then added onto the system. Day of the booking, still no call or text received. Called up the company and they told me that a driving instructor will be in contact with me shortly. It's 12:30pm, and still nothing. Don't waste your time with this poorly run company, it's not worth the hassle. Read Less
